开放大学的慕课课程体系规划与设计研究——以北京开放大学为例

【摘要】：开放大学是我国远程开放教育的主力,但当前普遍面临着学历教育生源锐减的困境。慕课作为一种新的远程教育课程形式,具有开放性、在线性、大规模性等特征。二者具有天然的契合性,因此,开放大学应抓住历史机遇,把慕课作为自身课程建设的主要形式。但开放大学建设慕课国内外尚无成熟的案例可考,也不能全盘慕课化。本研究系统地提出了应根据课程类型建设慕课和改造慕课的原则,并结合国内外相关实践经验和我国地方性开放大学的具体条件,对北京开放大学慕课课程体系的平台建设、课程模块、教学模式、考核评价、课程证书、学分互认等环节进行了整体规划和设计。
[Abstract]:Open university is the main force of Distance Open Education in China, but it is generally faced with the dilemma of the sharp decline in the number of students with academic qualifications. As a new form of distance education curriculum, the admiration of courses has the characteristics of openness, linearity and large-scale. However, there is no mature case to study and not to admire all the courses at home and abroad. This study systematically puts forward the principles of admiring and revamping the courses according to the types of courses, and combines the relevant practical experience at home and abroad with the specific conditions of local open universities in China to open to Beijing. The platform construction, curriculum module, teaching mode, examination and evaluation, curriculum certificate, credit mutual recognition and other links of the university curriculum system are planned and designed as a whole.
