儒家文化底蕴下韩国家庭道德教育的启示研究

【摘要】:家庭道德教育是社会德育的根基,我国正处于社会转型时期,在取得卓越的经济建设成就的同时,也出现了道德失范、价值观功利化等社会问题,在社会主义新时期,我们需要以家庭道德教育建设为抓手,以儒家传统文化为源泉,以世界优秀文化和他国道德教育经验为借鉴建设社会主义道德。与我国毗邻的韩国在20世纪60年代初是世界上最贫困的地区之一,然而在经历了传统与现代、东方与西方的多元价值观念碰撞后,韩国走出了适合自己的家庭道德教育道路,创造了“汉江奇迹”,使韩国人的民族自豪感和凝聚力显著增强。中国与韩国具有相似的文化道德传统,并且都属于东亚儒家文化圈,这使两国的发展情况具有可比性,总结儒家文化底蕴下韩国家庭道德教育的经验对我国家庭道德教育建设大有裨益。韩国家庭道德教育的首要经验是依据本国国情继承儒家传统文化的遗产,在家庭日常礼仪中灌输孝文化教育,形成了良好的孝文化氛围,并利用媒体和民间组织大力推广爱国主义教育,形成了强烈的民族凝聚力;其次是韩国政府推出了教育方面的指导性方针《国民教育宪章》为韩国家庭道德教育指明方向,并出台了维护家庭稳定的一系列法律法规,用法治推动德治;最后,韩国家庭、学校、社会三方形成合力,以家庭道德教育为核心,相互配合进行道德教化,使教育力度发挥到最大化。儒家文化底蕴下韩国家庭道德教育可以给我国以如下启示:我国家庭道德教育应以社会主义核心价值观为引导,从儒家传统文化中寻找适合当前国情的“内核”,并采取多种教育途径,在日常礼仪、家风家训、学校课程中传承儒家传统文化。此外,还需要从国家层面推动家庭道德教育,一方面可以推动立法,德治法治并举,才能使原先靠自觉遵守为主的道德规范有更加强硬的保障;一方面可以由政府牵头,引导社会各阶层的力量来共同建设家庭道德教育。最后,还需要使家庭、学校、社会教育联动,形成“三位一体”,共同支持、促进我国的家庭道德教育。
[Abstract]:Family moral education is the foundation of social moral education. Our country is in the period of social transformation. While we have made remarkable achievements in economic construction, there are also social problems, such as moral anomie, utilitarianism of values, etc., in the new socialist period, We need to take the construction of family moral education as the starting point, the Confucian traditional culture as the source, and the world's excellent culture and the moral education experience of other countries as the reference to the construction of socialist morality. South Korea, which adjoins our country, was one of the poorest regions in the world in the early 1960s. However, after experiencing the collision of traditional and modern values, eastern and western values, Korea has come out of its own path of family moral education. Created the "Hanjiang miracle", South Korean national pride and cohesion significantly enhanced. China and South Korea have similar cultural and moral traditions, and both belong to the East Asian Confucian cultural circle, which makes the development of the two countries comparable. Summing up the experience of Korean family moral education under Confucian culture is of great benefit to the construction of family moral education in China. The first experience of Korean family moral education is to inherit the heritage of Confucian traditional culture according to the national conditions of Korea, and to inculcate filial piety culture education in family daily etiquette, thus forming a good filial piety culture atmosphere. And using the media and non-governmental organizations to vigorously promote patriotic education, forming a strong national cohesion; secondly, the Korean government has introduced a guiding guideline in education, the National Education Charter, which points out the direction for Korean family moral education. And issued a series of laws and regulations to maintain the stability of the family, using the rule of law to promote the rule of virtue. Finally, the Korean family, school, and society formed a joint force, taking family moral education as the core and cooperating with each other to carry out moral education. To maximize the strength of education. The Korean family moral education under the Confucian culture can give us the following enlightenment: our country's family moral education should be guided by the socialist core values, and look for the "kernel" suitable for the current national conditions from the Confucian traditional culture. And adopt a variety of educational approaches, in the daily etiquette, home style and family instruction, school curriculum to inherit the Confucian traditional culture. In addition, it is also necessary to promote family moral education at the national level. On the one hand, we can promote legislation and rule of law by virtue, in order to ensure stronger protection of the moral norms previously based on voluntary adherence; on the other hand, we can lead by the government. Guide the strength of all social strata to jointly build family moral education. Finally, it is necessary to combine family, school and social education to form a "trinity" to support and promote the family moral education in our country.
