国家开放大学学习者人口学特征研究

【摘要】：学习者研究是各级各类教育机构保证教学质量的重要基础。人口学特征是学习者研究的重要方面,是开放大学进一步聚焦目标人群,有的放矢地开展教学改革、改善学习体验、提升教学品质的前提和基础。由于开放大学学习者群体人数众多、结构复杂,处于动态变化之中,因此,对其进行全面、深入、细致、持续的研究更为必要,且不可或缺。本文采用定量研究方法,对国家开放大学学习者的大样本人口学特征数据进行详尽分析。研究发现:远程开放教育学习者在地域分布、年龄分布、职业分布等方面具有多维度、多层面、复合性特征,从不同维度和层面看,伴随时间变化,学习者人口学特征既有周期性波动,也有趋势性变化。本研究结果可为开放大学建设和发展提供参考和依据。
[Abstract]:Learner research is an important basis for educational institutions at all levels to ensure the quality of teaching. Demographic characteristics are an important aspect of learner research and the premise and foundation for the Open University to further focus on the target population to carry out targeted teaching reform improve learning experience and improve teaching quality. Because of the large number of learners in the Open University, the structure is complex, and it is in dynamic change, so it is more necessary and indispensable to study it comprehensively, thoroughly, meticulously and continuously. In this paper, a quantitative study method is used to analyze the demographic characteristics of a large sample of Chinese Open University learners. The study found that distance and open education learners have multi-dimensional, multi-level and complex characteristics in terms of geographical distribution, age distribution, career distribution, and so on. The demographic characteristics of learners have both periodic fluctuations and trend changes. The results of this study can provide reference and basis for the construction and development of Open University.
