开放大学的定位与发展

【摘要】：开放大学的教育不同于普通高等教育,它是依赖于技术的进步和网络的发达存在的,是一种教育类型的升级。它面向的教育对象有别于普通高等教育的对象,是那些具有接受高等教育愿望的成人学习者,同样在办学中也不能一味效仿普通高校的做法,应当坚持开放教育的理念,依据成人学习的特点,制订符合成人学习需求的人才培养标准,满足高等教育大众化的需求。只有这样,开放大学才能体现出自身价值,发挥自身在构建国家终身教育体系中的作用。
[Abstract]:The education of the Open University is different from the ordinary higher education. It depends on the progress of technology and the development of the network, and it is an upgrade of the educational type. Its educational object is different from that of ordinary higher education. It is an adult learner who has the desire to receive higher education. In the same way, he should not blindly follow the practice of ordinary colleges and universities in running a school, and should stick to the idea of open education. According to the characteristics of adult learning, the author formulates the talent training standard according to adult learning needs and meets the demand of popularization of higher education. Only in this way can the Open University embody its own value and play its role in the construction of the national lifelong education system.
