江西省特殊教育教师职业发展主观满意度研究

【摘要】:特殊教育最大的"瓶颈"是师资,特殊教育教师的职业发展直接关乎《第二期特殊教育提升计划》(2017-2020年)能否顺利推进乃至我国特教事业发展。采用"LIKERT SCALE"测量方法,对江西省特教教师工资待遇、福利水平、个人发展、社会实现进行主观满意度分析,研究发现特殊教育教师职业发展主观满意度总体较低,四个维度的满意度依次增强,工资待遇与职业付出匹配性差,确保特教教师同工同酬,同城同比,同期同基;加强心理疏导、住房福利、社会保障;职称评定科学化,职业培训实用化等是特教教师亟需解决的问题。
[Abstract]:The biggest bottleneck of special education is teachers. The professional development of special education teachers is directly related to whether the second Special Education Promotion Plan (2017-2020) can be carried out smoothly and even the development of special education in China. This paper analyzes the subjective satisfaction of special education teachers' salary, welfare level, personal development and social realization in Jiangxi Province by using "LIKERT SCALE" measurement method, and finds that the subjective satisfaction degree of special education teachers' professional development is generally low. The satisfaction degree of the four dimensions is enhanced in turn, the matching between salary and professional pay is poor, to ensure that special education teachers receive equal pay for equal work, the same city is the same as the same period, the psychological guidance, housing welfare, social security, scientific evaluation of professional title, The practical application of vocational training is an urgent problem for special education teachers.
