基于社区发展的社区成人教育涵义及功能实现

【摘要】：本文通过分析社区发展的定义,对基于社区发展的社区成人教育的涵义给出了详细的解读,并且阐述了其具体的功能表现,最后通过分析和举例的方式,从激发社区成人的学习主动性和积极性及设置具有针对性的社区成人教育课程两个方面,给出了实现基于社区发展的社区成人教育功能的具体建议和措施。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the definition of community development, this paper gives a detailed interpretation of the meaning of community adult education based on community development, and expounds its specific functional performance. From the aspects of arousing the initiative and enthusiasm of community adults and setting up targeted adult education courses in the community, the concrete suggestions and measures to realize the function of community adult education based on community development are given.
