一核多元、中和位育:中国当代少数民族教育法律与政策述评

【摘要】:从1950年到现在,经过60多年的持续建设,中国已经建成以宪法为核心的少数民族教育法律与政策的多元一体的制度体系,有力保障并促进着少数民族与民族地区教育事业的健康发展。中国民族教育法律政策体系是建立在中华民族多元一体格局的文化传统基础之上的,有深厚的历史基础与广泛的群众基础,具有连续性、开放性与可持续发展性。其问题的关键是政策执行要与廉政吏治相结合,以中和位育为原则,切实落实到位,让各族人民的子女与广大教师真正得到实惠。
[Abstract]:From 1950 to now, after more than 60 years of continuous construction, China has built a pluralistic system of education laws and policies for ethnic minorities with the Constitution as the core. To ensure and promote the healthy development of education in minority and minority areas. The legal policy system of China's ethnic education is based on the cultural tradition of the Chinese nation's pluralistic and integrated structure. It has a profound historical basis and a broad mass foundation, and has continuity, openness and sustainable development. The key to this problem is to combine the implementation of the policy with the clean administration of officials, take the education of the middle position as the principle, and put it into practice, so that the children of all nationalities and the teachers of all nationalities can get real benefits.
