乌鲁木齐市民汉合校教师合作备课研究

【摘要】:民汉合校作为民族教育的一种办学形式,优化了教育资源,能够促进各民族教师的合作学习,而合作备课作为教师合作学习的一种有效方式,又不断地促进教师专业发展。目前,对于新疆这个大环境来说,相关双语教育政策为民汉合校教师合作备课提供了政策支持,乌鲁木齐市民汉合校的合作备课也已经成为中小学教师教研活动的主要组成部分,这是新时代双语教育发展的要求,也是我们需要关注的问题。本文用教师合作学习理论来指导合作备课的研究,在对作备课的相关研究进行分析梳理的基础上,对新疆乌鲁木齐市民汉合校教师进行问卷调查、深入教研组观察以及访谈,了解民汉合校合作备课的内容、方式、成果、管理的基本情况:备课已经成为民汉合校教师最常合作的教学环节,合作备课活动的频率和时间较为稳定,说明合作备课已经成为民汉合校的一项常态化工作。但是合作备课中教师合作学习的价值实现程度较为一般。因此结合教师合作学习的五大维度:相互依赖、个人责任、团体性反思、社交技能与合作素养、动机对现状进行分析,发现合作备课中存在问题为:同质教师互赖程度高,异质教师互赖程度低;个人责任在民汉教师间失衡;社交技能强,合作素养弱;结果反思多,过程反思少;学校管理方式不利于动机生成。为了让合作备课发挥其应有的教师成长的价值,应努力改造现有的合作备课。因此结合现状分析出的问题,提出合作备课应共同确立目标,培养积极互赖;合理分配任务,明确个人责任;构建教师合作文化,提高合作素养;重视过程,备课与反思相结合;基于双赢管理理念,激发教师动机。
[Abstract]:As a form of running a school for ethnic education, Minghan University optimizes the educational resources, which can promote the cooperative learning of teachers from all nationalities. As an effective way for teachers to cooperate in learning, the cooperative preparation of lessons is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. At present, as far as Xinjiang is concerned, the relevant bilingual education policies have provided policy support for the teachers' cooperation in preparing lessons for the Min-Han School. The cooperation in preparing lessons in Urumqi is also a major part of the teaching and research activities of primary and secondary school teachers, which is the requirement of the development of bilingual education in the new era and the problem that we should pay attention to. This paper uses the theory of teachers' cooperative learning to guide the study of cooperative preparation of lessons. On the basis of analyzing and combing the relevant research of preparing lessons, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the teachers of the Xinjiang Urumqi Citizen and Hanhe School, and makes in-depth observation of the teaching and research groups and interviews with them. Understand the contents, methods, achievements, and basic situation of the management of the cooperative preparation of lessons between the two schools: the preparation of lessons has become the most common teaching link for teachers of the school, and the frequency and time of the cooperative preparation activities are relatively stable. It shows that the cooperative preparation of lessons has become a regular work of the school. However, the value of cooperative learning is generally realized. Therefore, combining the five dimensions of teachers' cooperative learning: interdependence, personal responsibility, group reflection, social skills and cooperative accomplishment, motivation to analyze the current situation, it is found that the problems in cooperative preparation are: high degree of mutual dependence of teachers of the same quality. Heterogeneous teachers have low degree of mutual dependence; personal responsibility is out of balance between Chinese and civil teachers; social skills are strong and cooperation literacy is weak; results reflect more than process reflection; school management is not conducive to motivation generation. In order to give full play to the value of teachers' growth, we should try to reform the existing cooperative preparation. Therefore, according to the analysis of the current situation, the paper puts forward that the cooperative preparation of lessons should jointly establish goals, cultivate positive mutual reliance, reasonably assign tasks, clarify personal responsibilities, construct teachers' cooperation culture, improve cooperation literacy, and attach importance to the process. Based on the concept of double-win management, teachers are motivated by the combination of lessons preparation and reflection.
