新城镇化进程中社区教育发展研究
[Abstract]:Under the background of implementing the new urbanization strategy in China in an all-round way, this paper takes the development status of community education in China as the logical starting point, takes the decision of deepening the reform as the guiding ideology, takes the national policy program as the guiding principle, takes the modern educational theory and learning theory as the cognitive basis, and influences the new towns from the perspective of the development of community education in China. Among the decisive factors in the process of urbanization, the development of community education which has the most essential significance and the source power foundation is selected as the main object of study. On the basis of interpreting the national policy program and regulations, the development status of community education in the process of new urbanization is fully investigated, analyzed and summarized, and the back of new urbanization is explored. On the basis of the new challenges and opportunities faced by the development of community education, this paper tries to explore a green, healthy and sustainable development path for community education in China, and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for solving the problems of community education development fundamentally. The first chapter is the introduction, explaining the origin and significance of the topic, grasping the development process and status quo of community education in the process of new urbanization, community education and new urbanization as a whole, and introducing the basic ideas of this paper in detail. At the same time, it explains and defines the connotation of the development of community education in the process of new urbanization, community education and new urbanization, which provides the necessary foundation and foreground for the follow-up study of this paper. This paper probes into the function of community education from the three aspects of "human resources development, comprehensive innovation of education and modern representation of energy". By focusing on the community education under the three new urbanization modes of Tianjin, Guangzhou and Chengdu, it clarifies the new responsibilities of new workers, new peasants and new citizens in the new urbanization construction. On the basis of rational exploration of the three core elements such as the goal, connotation and mode of ability, this paper expounds in detail the three functional orientations of "authority, openness and standardization" of community education, clarifies the functional orientation, functional categories and functional boundaries of community education. New challenges. This paper probes into five types of new town construction, namely, harmony, learning, intelligence, ecology and humanities, and five opportunities of "opening, systematization, informatization, ecology and connotation" brought about by the development of community education. The development of district education will meet the challenge of "status, demand, mode, direction and behavior". At the same time, the relationship between the development of community education in the process of new urbanization and the opportunities and challenges is discussed in depth. Chapter 4 makes an empirical survey on the development of community education in the process of new urbanization by means of questionnaire and interview. Through the analysis of the information and data of the investigation projects, the existing problems affecting the development of community education in the process of new urbanization are condensed. The key problems in the construction of new urbanization, such as administration, unbalance, singleness, multipolarity and complexity, are discussed in this paper, which affect the orientation of community education development, behavior patterns, resource aggregation, social needs and internal forces of reform. The fifth chapter elaborates the strategies and paths of the development of community education in the process of new urbanization, and clarifies the new ideas of the development of community education in the process of new urbanization from three aspects: development concept, development basis and basic principles. This paper describes a new strategy that the development of community education should change from knowledge imparting to practical learning, from passive learning to active learning, and from demand learning to quality learning.On this basis, the paper makes a scientific and rational design of the development path of community education in five aspects: the "Three Perfect Education, Three Alliances, Four Systems, Three Capital Exchanges, Three Education". Finally, the concluding remark makes a deep reflection on the research and the expectation of the follow-up study. It analyzes some data and information, evaluation index, practical operation and so on in this paper, and hopes to solve these problems from the research ideas, methods and objectives. Follow up studies are carried out.
