对资赋优异的智力障碍学生实施职业教育的探索

【摘要】:资赋优异的智力障碍学生的潜能发展,一直是我国特殊教育的“盲点”,在教育不甚发达的情况下,资优智障学生可能因为环境的限制而无法发挥自身的优势;在教育发达开放的今天,理应得到关注,进而成为今后特殊教育的“重点”。有相关研究表明,残障者中资优的出现率与非残障者接近(即3%-5%),而资优残障者能有卓越成就的比率则远低于非残障的资优者。 本文首先通过对国内外智障学生职业教育的相关政策进行了回顾,进而提出了发展资赋优异的智障学生职业教育的新理念,资优智障学生尽管在某一或多个方面存在一定的弱势,但是他们并非在所有的方面都存在缺憾,因此残障学生的职业教育更需要根据他们的身心发展特点和个人兴趣爱好、特长、优势,来开设有特色的职业教育课程和有针对性的职业教育教学内容安排等。其次对部分发达省市实施智障学生职业教育的经验进行了总结,并对资优智障学生职业教育的实践途径进行了探索,最后提出了在广西地区特殊教育学校对资优智障学生实施职业教育的建议。
[Abstract]:The potential development of gifted students with intellectual disabilities has always been the blind spot of special education in China. Under the condition that education is not very developed, gifted students with intellectual disabilities may not be able to give play to their own advantages because of the restriction of environment. With the development and opening of education, attention should be paid to it and become the focus of special education in the future. Some related studies have shown that the occurrence rate of gifted persons among the disabled is close to that of the non-disabled (i.e. 3- 5%), while the rate of gifted and disabled persons with outstanding achievements is much lower than that of the non-disabled ones. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant policies of vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities at home and abroad, and then puts forward a new concept of developing vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities. Although gifted students with intellectual disabilities have a certain weakness in one or more aspects, they do not have any shortcomings in all aspects. Therefore, the vocational education of disabled students needs to be based on their characteristics of physical and mental development and their personal interests. Specialty, advantage, to set up the characteristic vocational education curriculum and the targeted vocational education teaching content arrangement and so on. Secondly, it summarizes the experience of implementing vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities in some developed provinces and cities, and explores the practical ways of vocational education for gifted students with intellectual disabilities. Finally, the author puts forward the suggestion of implementing vocational education for gifted students with intellectual disabilities in special education schools in Guangxi.
