战略视角下开放大学国际交流路径的思考——基于英国朴茨茅斯大学国际市场拓展的案例分析

【摘要】：拓展国际交流的方向与路径是增强开放大学国际化发展竞争力的有力表现,也是开放大学转型过程中所必须面对的挑战与机遇。文章以英国朴茨茅斯大学国际市场拓展案例为基础,结合北京开放大学远程教育特点和成人教育的办学模式,从战略变革管理理论视角来探讨北京开放大学在国际交流中的合作、招生、师资以及学习成果认证等方面的可行性方案,旨在将北京开放大学的国际交流提升到战略高度,从而促进其国际交流路径的有效实施。
[Abstract]:Expanding the direction and path of international communication is the strong performance of enhancing the competitiveness of the international development of the Open University, and it is also the challenge and opportunity that the Open University must face in the process of transformation. Based on the case of international market development of Portsmouth University, this paper combines the characteristics of distance education in Beijing Open University and the mode of running adult education. From the perspective of strategic change management theory, this paper discusses the feasibility programs of Beijing Open University in terms of cooperation, enrollment, teachers and certification of learning results in international exchanges, with a view to elevating the international exchanges of Beijing Open University to a strategic height. So as to promote the effective implementation of its international communication path.
