机遇与转型:新常态下我国成人继续教育发展的思考

【摘要】：新常态的背景下,成人继续教育不仅可以带来民生就业途径,还可以在一定的程度上支持产业结构的优化,助力创新驱动,顺应生态文明。"新常态"是在国家经济社会全方位的转型升级中产生的。由于变化速度像赛车一样迅猛,现实就像失去控制的万花筒,加快了生活的冲击力。从宏观背景和微观领域的变化来看,给我国成人教育带来了重要发展态势的影响,有效的拓展了我国成人教育改革和发展视野。利用有"新常态"思维,抓住新机遇,寻找新的突破点,进一步做到,"速度变化、结构优化、动力转化"。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal, adult continuing education can not only bring people's livelihood employment, but also support the optimization of industrial structure to a certain extent, promote innovation and conform to ecological civilization. " The new normal is produced in the transformation and upgrading of national economy and society. As fast as a racing car, reality is like a kaleidoscope out of control, accelerating the impact of life. From the macro background and the change of micro field, it has brought the important development situation influence to our country adult education, has effectively expanded our country adult education reform and the development vision. We should make use of the thinking of "new normal", seize new opportunities, find new breakthrough points, and further achieve "speed change, structural optimization, dynamic transformation".
