成人教育中困难群体占额偏小的原因及对策分析

【摘要】:成人教育作为普通教育的延伸应当本着全民终身教育的理念促进教育公平、提高全体公民素质,但现今的成人教育对象多为以晋升职位和自身提高为目的而接受教育的群体,而处于社会底层和劣势地位的困难群体却未得到充分重视,这一现象主要由社会关注度较低、成人教育机构的利益导向趋势以及困难成人群体自身受教育意识及能力薄弱等因素导致。对此,唯有国家的支持、成人教育途径以及内容多样化,社会第三方组织的积极参与以及各困难群体自身受教育的意识唤醒方能得以改变。
[Abstract]:As an extension of general education, adult education should be based on the concept of universal lifelong education to promote education equity and improve the quality of all citizens. However, the disadvantaged groups at the bottom of the society and in the disadvantaged position have not been given sufficient attention, which is mainly due to the low degree of social concern. The trend of interest orientation in adult education institutions and the weakness of education consciousness and ability of difficult adult groups. Only with the support of the state, the diversification of adult education approaches and contents, the active participation of social third party organizations and the awakening of the consciousness of the poor groups themselves can they be changed.
