普通高校非学历继续教育从业人员胜任力研究

【摘要】:大力发展非学历继续教育是构建学习型社会和终身学习体系的重要组成部分,普通高校非学历继续教育是其重要的组成部分。从业人员的素质决定着高校非学历继续教育的发展方向。利用Nvivo11.0软件分析上海市普通高校部分非学历继续教育从业人员访谈材料,可以得出:高校非学历继续教育从业人员的胜任力包括素质、能力和意识等三个维度,经验阅历、市场开拓能力、服务意识等十二个方面。普通高校要从观念、体制机制、结构和文化等四个方面加大对非学历继续教育从业人员的培养和优化。
[Abstract]:Developing non-academic continuing education is an important part of building a learning society and lifelong learning system, and non-academic continuing education is an important part of it in colleges and universities. The quality of employees determines the development direction of non-academic education in colleges and universities. By using Nvivo11.0 software to analyze the interview materials of some non-academic continuing education practitioners in Shanghai, it can be concluded that the competence of non-academic continuing education practitioners in colleges and universities includes three dimensions: quality, ability and consciousness, experience, etc. Market development ability, service consciousness and so on 12 aspects. Colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation and optimization of non-academic continuing education practitioners from four aspects: concept, system, mechanism, structure and culture.
