新常态下我国农村成人教育的发展新动向及对策

【摘要】：在新常态下,面对农村成人教育出现的新动向,有必要及时发现问题,提出解决对策。研究结论认为,我国农村成人教育存在着教学观念陈旧、教学成效不明显、教学资源缺乏等问题,需要转变教学观念、提升教学成效、整合教学资源。
[Abstract]:In the new normal, in the face of the new trend of rural adult education, it is necessary to timely find the problem and put forward countermeasures. The conclusion is that there are some problems in the rural adult education in China, such as the old teaching idea, the inconspicuous teaching effect and the lack of teaching resources, so it is necessary to change the teaching concept, improve the teaching effect and integrate the teaching resources.
