广西基层少数民族干部教育培训状况调查报告

【摘要】：从广西少数民族地区基层干部对教育培训的主观意愿、主观期望、客观经历等三方面来描述基层干部的教育培训状况,总结当前少数民族地区基层干部教育培训中存在的问题,在此基础上,提出相应的对策:教育培训应该走社会分化和专业化的道路,要明确教育培训的终极目标是增强基层干部的反思、学习能力;要增加教育培训的资金,延长教育培训的时间;要使基层干部认识到教育培训对于未来职业生涯的重要性,端正他们的学习态度,保证其职位、行政级别不变,使其安心脱产进行学习;激发中年基层干部的学习热情,给予青年基层干部更多的教育培训机会;加强与有资质的高等院校、科研院所的合作,遴选综合能力较强的教员。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the current situation of grass-roots cadres' education and training from three aspects: subjective will, subjective expectation and objective experience of grass-roots cadres in Guangxi minority areas, and sums up the problems existing in the current education and training of grass-roots cadres in ethnic minority areas. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: education and training should follow the road of social differentiation and specialization, and make clear that the ultimate goal of education and training is to strengthen the reflection and learning ability of grass-roots cadres; We should increase funds for education and training, and extend the time for education and training; It is necessary to make the grass-roots cadres realize the importance of education and training to their future career, correct their learning attitude, ensure their positions and administrative levels remain unchanged, and make them feel at ease in their study out of production. To stimulate the study enthusiasm of middle-aged grass-roots cadres, to give young grass-roots cadres more opportunities for education and training, and to strengthen cooperation with qualified institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes to select teachers with strong comprehensive abilities.
