自闭症谱系障碍儿童言语重复行为干预的个案研究

【摘要】:言语重复行为是重复行为的一种表现类型,在自闭症儿童中有很高的发生率,并且给自闭症儿童、家长和教师带来很大的挑战。本研究以辅读学校两名自闭症儿童为研究对象,采用多基线跨被试实验设计的研究方法,通过对自闭症儿童课堂情境中言语重复行为进行功能行为评估,采取有针对性的干预策略进行干预实证研究。研究发现,基于功能行为评估结果,制定基于前奏、基于行为和基于结果的综合性干预策略,能够有效地改善自闭症儿童的言语重复行为。
[Abstract]:Verbal repetition is one of the manifestations of repetitive behavior, which has a high incidence among autistic children and poses great challenges to autistic children, parents and teachers. In this study, two autistic children in a secondary school were selected as subjects, and a multi-baseline cross-subject design was used to evaluate the functional behavior of speech repetition behavior in the classroom context of autistic children. Adopt the targeted intervention strategy to carry on the intervention empirical research. It is found that comprehensive intervention strategies based on prelude, behavior and results can effectively improve speech repetition behavior of autistic children based on the results of functional behavior assessment.
