三明学院成人教育学籍管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：由于计算机科学技术在社会的各个领域的广泛应用并发挥着无可替代的作用,加上国家教育部对高等教育学生的学籍电子注册管理越来越规范,工作要求也更加严格。三明学院继续教育学院是面向福建省招生的高等学校,招收非全日制成人教育(函授或业余)学生,县级设有多个函授点,学生数量急剧增多,办学规模不断增长,学籍异动情况更加的频繁,致使我院成人教育学籍管理工作更加复杂化。长期以来学籍管理人员使用人工管理方式进行学籍管理已经不能满足更高的需求。因此应用计算机技术开发成人教育学籍管理系统对学籍信息进行管理是我院目前的工作重心之一。 在学籍管理中,需要从大量的日常教学活动中提取相关信息,以反映教学情况。传统的手工操作方式,易发生数据丢失,统计错误,劳动强度高,且速度慢。使用计算机可以高速、快捷地完成以上工作。在计算机联网后,数据在网上传递,可以实现数据共享,避免重复劳动,规范教学管理行为,从而提高了管理效率和水平,实现信息化管理水平。 论文介绍了成人教育学籍管理系统的研究项目背景及意义和同类系统研究与应用现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作；在业务分析中,论文对系统存在的问题、组织机构、原有业务流程等进行了分析,给出了改造后的业务流程；在功能分析中,论文通过数据流分析和数据字典,明确了系统的功能,给出了系统的总体功能架构和各功能模块的结构,包括学生信息管理、成绩管理、毕业生管理、代码管理、查询统计等功能模块；在数据分析中,论文对系统各功能的所需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出了系统总体的E-R图,建立了数据库表结构；最后也对论文所做的研究与分析工作进行了总结,并对进一步的完善提出了要求。

There are many correspondence points at the county level, the number of students increases sharply, the scale of running a school is increasing, and the student status change is more frequent, which makes the management of adult education student status more complicated. For a long time, the use of manual management for student status management has been unable to meet the higher needs. Therefore, the application of computer technology to develop adult education student status management system to manage student status information is one of the focuses of our hospital at present. In the management of student status, it is necessary to extract relevant information from a large number of daily teaching activities to reflect the teaching situation. The traditional manual operation method is prone to data loss, statistical errors, high labor intensity and slow speed. The above work can be completed quickly and quickly by using the computer. After the computer network, the data transmission on the Internet can realize the data sharing, avoid repeated labor and standardize the teaching management behavior, thus improving the management efficiency and level, and realizing the information management level. This paper introduces the background and significance of the research project of the adult education student status management system and the present situation of the research and application of the same kind of system, and clarifies the content and main work of the paper. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process and so on, and gives the business process after the transformation. In the functional analysis, the paper clarifies the function of the system through data flow analysis and data dictionary, and gives the overall functional structure of the system and the structure of each functional module, including student information management, achievement management, graduate management, code management, query statistics and other functional modules.
