民族地区农村成人教育资源构成现状研究——以贵州省S县近城区的三个镇为例

【摘要】：民族地区农村成人教育资源是保障成人教育实施的基本要素,研究教育资源的构成现状有助于更加清晰地认识到现有资源的优势与不足,以便对资源配置提供更加有针对性的建议。研究以贵州省S县临近城区的三个镇为例,调查发现该地区成人教育资源构成特点为:资源主体覆盖面广,主体间的沟通衔接不够;师资来源渠道多,但专业性不够强;重视基础资源的配置,忽略高级资源的投入;居民参学的自觉性显现,但动力仍不足。基于上述的特点,民地区农村成人教育的资源配置需围绕四个维度展开:有效整合资源,增强资源合力;加强培养培训,提升师资专业素养;稳定基础资源,逐步增加高级资源;激发学习动机,提升资源利用效率。
[Abstract]:Rural adult education resources in ethnic minority areas are the basic elements to ensure the implementation of adult education. The study of the present situation of educational resources is helpful to realize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing resources more clearly, so as to provide more targeted suggestions for the allocation of resources. Taking the three towns near the urban area of S County in Guizhou Province as an example, it is found that the composition characteristics of adult education resources in this area are as follows: the coverage of the main body of the resources is wide and the communication and connection between the subjects is not enough; the sources of teachers are many, but the professionalism is not strong enough; attention is paid to the allocation of basic resources and the input of advanced resources is ignored; the residents' consciousness of participating in studies is displayed, but the motive force is still insufficient. Based on the above characteristics, the resource allocation of rural adult education in civil areas should be carried out around four dimensions: effectively integrating resources and strengthening the joint force of resources; strengthening training and improving teachers' professional literacy; stabilizing basic resources and gradually increasing advanced resources; stimulating learning motivation and improving the efficiency of resource utilization.
