我国职业培训补贴制度研究

【摘要】：正陈玉杰、徐艳在《中国劳动》2017年第6期中撰文,分析了我国职业培训补贴制度的政策措施,并通过调研了解我国职业培训补贴的实施情况,从而针对存在的问题,提出了完善我国职业培训补贴制度的政策建议。职业培训作为技能人才培养的重要手段,是解决就业结构性矛盾最根本、最有效的举措。近年来,中央财政、各地方财政都在预算中安排出大量的职业培训补贴资金,补贴资金在提高劳动者素质和技能水平、促进就业、维护社会稳定与和谐等方面起到了积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Chen Yujie and Xu Yan wrote in the sixth issue of China's Labor 2017, analyzed the policy measures of China's vocational training subsidy system, and through investigation and understanding of the implementation of vocational training subsidy in China, and put forward some policy suggestions to improve China's vocational training subsidy system in view of the existing problems. Vocational training, as an important means of cultivating skilled talents, is the most fundamental and effective measure to solve the structural contradiction of employment. In recent years, the central finance and local finance have arranged a large number of vocational training subsidy funds in the budget, which have played a positive role in improving the quality and skill level of workers, promoting employment, maintaining social stability and harmony, and so on.
