工匠精神的教育向度及其培育路径

【摘要】:教育实践在规模与质量、基础投入与软实力塑造、教育过程与职业要素、教育层次与人才成长规律等方面的失谐,导致了技能人才培养中"工匠"与"精神"的割裂,其原因在于尚未针对工匠精神建立统一的教育向度分析框架,从而也就无法在工匠社会存在的考察维度上达成一致并展开系统性的学术争鸣和实践论证。精益求精的工匠精神可以从"专注"、"传承"、"创新"和"卓越"四个教育向度进行应然和指向性的界定并建立分析框架。基于此,教育系统应从知识和技艺的传承、精神品质的塑造、社会资本的积累及社会责任的树立等方面,积极进行教育精神、教育要素、教育过程和教育体系等方面的变革与提升。
