【摘要】:产生于先秦时期的儒家思想,作为统治我国意识形态领域时间最长的一种指导思想,一直以来都备受人们的推崇。当代思想政治教育需要吸收和借鉴包括中国传统文化在内的一切优秀成果。先秦儒家德育思想能够丰富现代思想政治教育的内容,为现代思想政治教育理论的理论研究和实践探索提供丰厚的理论养分。论文挖掘先秦儒家德育思想的合理内核,分析先秦儒家德育思想适用于当代高校思想政治教育的可行性,并探讨儒家德育思想对于当前高校思想政治教育的借鉴意义。儒家德育思想是一种人类社会道德伦理规范的思想,其最基本的理论基础是人性善恶论。在概述儒家代表人物——孔子、孟子、荀子的人性思想的基础上,从治国理念、品德修养和教育思想上三个方面总结了儒家德育思想的主要内容。儒家德育思想与现代思想政治教育存在诸多契合之处,论文分析了儒家德育思想运用于现代思想政治教育的五个可行性理由:强烈的政治性、目的的一致性、人本性、内容的相似性、方法与原则方面的共性。目前高校思想政治教育已经取得了诸多成绩:健全和完善了思想政治教育体系、教师队伍建设成效显著、大学生思想政治素养良好。当然,高校思想政治教育也存在以下不足:缺少对学生个性化的人文关怀、重视对受教育者的“学、考”,轻“思、行”、重视对受教育者的“言传”,轻“身教”、学校教育与家庭教育相脱节等。因此,应当运用儒家德育思想的理论,为加强和改善高校思想政治教育现状提出如下可行性措施:加强思想政治教育的政治性功能;坚持以人为本,注重大学生自我教育;社会实践与理论灌输相结合;发挥家庭教育的作用;完善学校对思想政治教育的掌控等。
[Abstract]:Confucianism, which originated in the pre-Qin period, is the longest guiding ideology in the ideological field of our country. Contemporary ideological and political education needs to absorb and draw lessons from all outstanding achievements including Chinese traditional culture. Pre-Qin Confucian moral education can enrich the content of modern ideological and political education. To provide rich theoretical nutrients for the theoretical research and practical exploration of modern ideological and political education theory. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the pre-Qin Confucian moral education applied to ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities. It also discusses the significance of Confucian moral education to the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Confucian moral education is a kind of moral and ethical norms of human society. Its most basic theoretical basis is the theory of good and evil of human nature, on the basis of summarizing the Confucian representative personage-Confucius, Mencius, Xunzi's human nature thought, from the governing idea. The main contents of Confucian moral education are summarized from three aspects of moral cultivation and educational thought. There are many similarities between Confucian moral education and modern ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the five feasible reasons for the application of Confucian moral education to modern ideological and political education: strong political nature, consistency of purpose, human nature and similarity of content. At present, ideological and political education in colleges and universities has made a lot of achievements: perfect and perfect the ideological and political education system, the construction of teachers has achieved remarkable results. Ideological and political literacy of college students is good. Of course, ideological and political education in colleges and universities also has the following shortcomings: lack of personalized humanistic care for students, attach importance to the "study, test" of the educated, light "thinking, action". Attention should be paid to the "teaching" of the educatees, the light "personal education", the disconnection between school education and family education, and so on. Therefore, the theory of Confucian moral education should be applied. In order to strengthen and improve the present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the following feasible measures are put forward: strengthening the political function of ideological and political education; Adhere to people-oriented, pay attention to self-education of college students; The combination of social practice and theoretical indoctrination; Play the role of family education; Improve the school's control of ideological and political education and so on.
