基于协同创新理念的新型高校智库决策机制建设研究

【摘要】：新型高校智库决策机制建设能够更好地服务于提高政府的决策质量和决策能力,并已经成为当前一个非常热门的议题。新型高校智库决策机制建设的制约因素包括高校智库自身的缺陷、高校智库的外部环境以及高校智库的内部环境与外部环境之间沟通与交流的局限性等。新型高校智库决策机制建设应构建基于大数据驱动的决策支持系统、基于协同合作的决策咨询系统和基于多元化的决策评价系统,从而可以有效解决新型高校智库决策机制建设中的制约因素,使其对提高政府的决策水平和决策能力发挥更加重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The construction of the decision-making mechanism of the new university think tank can better serve to improve the government's decision-making quality and decision-making ability. And has become a very hot topic. The constraints of the new university think tank decision-making mechanism construction include the defects of the university think tank itself. The external environment of the university think tank and the limitation of communication and communication between the internal environment and the external environment of the university think tank, etc. The decision support system based on big data driving should be constructed in the construction of the decision-making mechanism of the new university think tank. The decision consultation system based on cooperative cooperation and the decision evaluation system based on diversification can effectively solve the constraints in the construction of decision-making mechanism of new university think tanks. It will play a more important role in improving the level of government decision-making and decision-making ability.
