【摘要】：随着网络技术的发展革新,互联网已经成为最具发展潜力的新兴资讯传播渠道。当代青年尤其是当代大学生的文化心理已经随着互联网全球化进程不断成熟。他们始终站在时代前进的潮头,用互联网思维创造着崭新的生活方式。高校网络文化在网络时代飞速发展的背景下,其既有格局显得力不从心,如何在新形式下突出自身的优势,实现脱胎换骨的转变,形成高校网络文化的独有优势,是本文所要力图探讨的问题。本文在对高校网络文化进行了简要的国内外回顾后,界定与梳理了我国高校网络文化的基本概念、特征及建设的必要性等问题,然后对内蒙古高校网络文化建设现状、存在问题以及原因所在进行了详细分析。从更新网络文化的建设理念、打造网络文化专业运营团队、丰富网络文化的多元内容,彰显民族特色和整合德育资源,构建网络思政教育新平台四大方面着重进行全面聚焦,拓宽发展思路,为内蒙古高校网络文化的发展提供更具建设性和可行性的建议,并能正确评估其对当下大学生成长及高校德育发展的现实影响,使整个高校网络文化阵地形成了理性务实、崇尚自主、主张宽容、遵循规则、富于创造性等新的精神和新的理念。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology. The Internet has become the most promising new channel of information dissemination. The cultural psychology of the contemporary youth, especially the contemporary college students, has matured with the globalization of the Internet. They have always stood at the head of the tide of the times. . Internet thinking creates a new way of life. Under the background of the rapid development of the network age, the network culture in colleges and universities has not been able to cope with its existing situation, how to highlight its own advantages in the new form. To realize the transformation and form the unique advantages of the university network culture is the problem this paper tries to explore. This paper reviews the university network culture briefly at home and abroad. This paper defines and combs the basic concept, characteristics and necessity of the construction of the network culture in colleges and universities in China, and then discusses the present situation of the construction of the network culture in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia. The existing problems and reasons are analyzed in detail. From updating the concept of network culture, creating the network culture professional operation team, enriching the multi-content of network culture, showing the national characteristics and integrating moral education resources. To construct a new platform of network ideological and political education focuses on the overall focus, broaden the development of ideas, and provide more constructive and feasible suggestions for the development of the network culture in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities. And can correctly evaluate its current college students growth and moral education development of the realistic impact, so that the entire university network cultural position formed rational and pragmatic, advocate autonomy, advocate tolerance, abide by the rules.
