糖尿病方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养模式的研究

【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在通过多种方法,以糖尿病专科护士和护理硕士专业学位研究生(MNS)角色职能为依据,初步建立内科(糖尿病方向)MNS临床实践培养模式,为今后我国高等教育管理部门以及各高校培养MNS提供参考,推动MNS教育的发展;以需求为导向,培养护理专科人才,促进医教协同,推进护理专科化发展。方法:运用文献调研法、半结构式访谈法、小组讨论、预调查等方法初步拟定出糖尿病方向MNS临床实践培养模式专家函询问卷;采用专家函询法(Delphi method),选取来自临床专科护理、护理教育、护理管理、临床医疗领域的专家,经过两轮函询后最终确立培养模式。懫用Excel 2010和SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计,用均数、百分率等分析专家一般资料,用问卷回收率、重要性赋值均数Mj、满分率Kj、变异系数Vj、肯德尔和谐系数Kendall's W等分析咨询结果的可靠性。结果:1.两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为80%、92.86%;专家权威系数分别为0.88、0.91;总体Kendall's W分别为0.211和0.233(P㩳0.001)。2.通过两轮专家咨询对条目进行筛选,最终形成包括4个一级条目(实践目标、实践方法、实践内容与要求、考核评价),17个二级条目和200个三级条目的糖尿病方向MNS临床实培养模式。结论:专家积极性、权威程度和协调程度高,研究结果可靠。该模式基于糖尿病专科护士角色构建,适用于糖尿病方向MNS的培养。从实践目标、实践方法、实践内容与要求、考核评价四大方面构建了适合糖尿病方向MNS培养模式,为制定规范统一的其他专科方向MNS培养模式提供了参考依据;培养糖尿病专科人才,促进护理专科化发展;参考《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》,促进MNS培养与新入职护士培训相衔接,节约教育成本,缩短人才培养时间。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study is to base on the role of MNSs in diabetes mellitus nurses and nursing master degree graduate students through various methods. In order to provide reference for higher education management departments and colleges and universities to cultivate MNS and promote the development of MNS education, we should establish the clinical practice training model of internal medicine (Diabetes MNS). Demand-oriented, training nursing professionals, promoting cooperation between medical and teaching, promoting the development of nursing specialty. Methods: using literature research, semi-structured interview, group discussion. The questionnaire of MNS clinical practice training model for diabetes mellitus was preliminarily drawn up by pre-investigation and other methods. Delphi method was used to select experts from clinical specialty nursing, nursing education, nursing management and clinical medicine. Excel 2010 and SPSS 17.0 were used to analyze the data, the average and percentage were used to analyze the general information of experts, and the recovery rate of questionnaire was used. The mean value of importance assignment is Mj, the full score is Kj, and the coefficient of variation is VJ. The reliability of Kendall's coefficient of harmony Kendall's W and so on. Results: 1. The positive coefficient of two rounds of consultation experts is 80% 92.86; The expert authority coefficient is 0.880.91; The total Kendall's W is 0. 211 and 0. 233P? Through two rounds of expert consultation to screen the entries, the final formation includes four first-level items (practice objectives, practice methods, practice content and requirements, assessment and evaluation). MNS clinical training model of 17 second-level items and 200 third-order items. Conclusion: the degree of expert enthusiasm, authority and coordination are high. The results are reliable. The model is based on the role of diabetes specialist nurses and is suitable for the cultivation of diabetic MNS from the perspective of practical objectives, methods, contents and requirements. The four aspects of assessment and evaluation have established a suitable MNS culture model for diabetes mellitus, which provides a reference for the establishment of standardized and unified MNS culture model in other specialties. To train the specialized talents of diabetes mellitus and promote the development of nursing specialty; With reference to the training outline for newly enrolled Nurses (trial), this paper aims to promote the connection between MNS training and new nurse training, to save the cost of education and to shorten the training time of talents.
