【摘要】：研究生教育作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,人才培养质量直接关系到国家综合实力和核心竞争力的提升。学位论文水平是研究生培养质量的直接体现,如何提高研究生学位论文质量,是当前学位与研究生教育改革的重要课题。本研究首先以H大学硕士学位论文为研究对象,选取2014年、2015年、2016年的论文质量状态数据作支撑,通过相关数据分析揭示学位论文的质量现状以及存在的问题;其次采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对影响学位论文质量的因素进行了调查分析,主要影响因素包括导师指导不力、生源质量差、研究生科研训练不足、学校监管措施不到位等;最后基于以上分析提出了学位论文质量提升对策与建议,如强化导师岗位意识、设立研究生创新项目、加强学术道德和学术规范教育、提高论文双盲评审比例、建立论文中期考核制度、完善自我评估制度等。
[Abstract]:Graduate education as an important part of the national innovation system, the quality of talent training is directly related to the national comprehensive strength and the promotion of core competitiveness. How to improve the quality of graduate thesis is an important topic in the reform of degree and graduate education. Firstly, this research takes H University master degree thesis as the research object, 2014, 2015. In 2016, the thesis quality status data was used as the support to reveal the quality status and existing problems of the dissertation through the analysis of relevant data. Secondly, by means of questionnaire, interview and other research methods, the factors influencing the quality of dissertation are investigated and analyzed. The main influencing factors include the lack of guidance from mentors, the poor quality of students, and the insufficient scientific research and training of graduate students. School supervision measures are not in place; Finally, based on the above analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of dissertation, such as strengthening the teacher's sense of post, setting up the postgraduate innovation project, strengthening the education of academic ethics and academic norms, and improving the proportion of double-blind review. Set up the system of medium-term evaluation, perfect self-evaluation system and so on.
