【摘要】：社会是由形形色色的人共同构成的,只有所有人都各尽其责,各司其职,才能够确保各个小团体以及社会大团体的共同发展。大学生是一个特殊的群体,他们掌握先进的科学文化,承担着国家建设和发展的重大责任,因此对大学生综合素质水平的要求非常高。但是受我国教育模式以及市场环境的影响,当前大学生普遍存在责任意识缺乏现象,导致其不能够正确认识到其应该承担的责任。现今国内外专家和学者在现代大学生责任感方面的探讨十分激烈,各种研究有着显著的发展,对于现今大学生责任感的缺失程度都有明确的认识。在研究中,详细分析了当前大学生责任感的现状,探讨了造成其责任意识缺失的主要因素,提出了可以采取的具体解决对策,来应对未来大学生的发展的危机。本文在研究过程中采用文献法和调查法,对当前大学生的责任意识进行了调查,得到了其责任缺失的具体表现,并且分析了责任缺失给大学生和社会造成的影响。同时文章中还就造成大学生责任缺失的社会原因、家庭原因、学校原因以及市场原因等进行了分析,最后结合大学生自身的特点,给出了未来培养过程中应该采取的具体措施,为大学生责任意识的培养和提升提供了可以参考的依据。通过论文的研究,知道培养大学生的责任意识不但能够实现社会进步,而且还能够构建和谐社会,实现整个社会的稳定发展。但是由于社会、家庭以及学生自身等因素的影响,当代大学生的责任意识越来越模糊,具体表现在重视自我价值,轻视社会价值;以个人为本位,忽视社会本位;强调个人理想,轻视社会理想。大学生责任意识的缺失会扭曲他们对社会关系的理性认知,危害个人心灵的健康成长,并且误导大学生未来的职业选择,给其自身、家庭以及整个社会造成非常恶劣的影响。在论文研究过程中,从多个方面对造成大学生社会责任意识缺失的原因进行了分析。首先是由于市场经济的影响,不同国家之间的沟通和交流越来越多,大学生作为先进科学知识和先进生产力的代表,其跟西方国家的联系更加密切,容易受到西方不良思想以及社会风气的影响,导致其思想呈现出一定的激进性。其次,由于网络技术的发展,使得各种不良思想通过网络进行传播,对大学生思想造成一定冲击。第三,由于学校教育方式的不当,其教学过程中采用灌输式教育模式,忽略了对大学生德育的教育。再加上一些教师自身素质水平有限,不能够为学生树立相应的榜样。最后是家庭责任教育的缺失,父母平时工作都比较忙,疏于对学生的管理,特别是近些年来在我国呈现比较严重的留守儿童问题,给后续大学生的责任意识培养造成了较大的障碍。大学生责任意识的缺失,不但会影响其自身未来发展,而且还会给整个家庭,乃至整个社会造成非常严重的影响。因此在未来发展过程中要进一步加大对大学生责任意识培养的力度,具体可以采用的途径为:第一,要加强对高等院校学生的责任意识培训,使其认识到责任教育在整个高等教育中的重要性。同时,注重对教师综合素质的培训,实现其教育水平的提升,为高等院校中学生责任意识的培养奠定坚实的基础,确保其教育效果的提升。第二,要发挥舆论的责任澄清功能,通过榜样的树立,为大学生提供可以效仿的榜样。对那些缺乏责任意识或者作出违反责任的现象进行严厉处罚,通过惩罚提升大学生责任感。第三,要鼓励大学生的自我责任教育,鼓励其积极参加校园活动,在活动中相互学习和交流,实现自身责任意识水平的提升。第四,鼓励大学生参加各种类型的社会实践,如学校可以针对当前社会中的热点问题,设置相应的实践主题;还可以立足其专业,加强基地的建设,为大学生责任意识的培养提供良好的基础上设施;建立长效机制,确保实践活动的顺利开展;创新组织形式,提高大学生参与的兴趣和积极性。最后在改善过程中,还要加强跟大学生的沟通,探寻到其问题的真正原因,并且对症下药,才能够达到最佳的改善效果。

This article uses the literature method and investigation method in the course of the study, the students' sense of responsibility has been investigated, specifically the responsibility flaw, and analyzes the impact of lack of responsibility to the students and the society. The social reasons, it also caused college students' lack of responsibility for family reasons, school reasons and market reasons were analyzed, combining with the characteristics of the students themselves, gives the future training specific measures should be taken in the process, can provide reference basis for the training of College Students' responsibility consciousness and improved.
