【摘要】：卢沟桥事变爆发后,中国进入了全面抗战时期。为适应抗战和边区发展需要,改变边区文化教育落后的面貌,党中央在延安创办了抗日军政大学、陕北公学、自然科学院等十多所高等学府,为抗日战争和解放战争的胜利,为中国的革命、建设和改革培养了大批人才。边区高校教员在中国共产党的领导下,发扬伟大的爱国主义精神,坚持教育为抗日战争服务、为工农群众服务的原则,自力更生,艰苦奋斗,体现出良好的道德修养和专业素质。论文首先系统分析了陕甘宁边区高校师德建设的必要性和可能性,这是本论文研究的前提和基础。在此基础上,根据陕甘宁边区高校教师的实际情况,归纳出陕甘宁边区高校教师师德建设六个方面的内容,即:志存高远,政治立场坚定;尊重学生,热爱学生,与学生和谐共处、平等互助;实事求是、求真务实的工作作风;自力更生、艰苦奋斗的优良传统;“革命第一、工作第一、他人第一”的敬业精神;终身学习、孜孜不倦的求知精神。这是本论文的核心内容。接着,论文进一步分析了陕甘宁边区高校教师师德建设的具体措施,得出了陕甘宁边区高校师德建设示范性,广泛性,实践性和时代性的特点。陕甘宁边区高校教师师德建设丰富了党的教育理论,促使了毛泽东思想的成熟;培养了大批专业人才,为革命胜利和国家建设做出了巨大贡献;开辟了中国共产党高校师德建设的新时代。在实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦历史进程中,加强高校教师师德建设应重视师德在教育中的地位,强化师德建设的考核机制;适应时代发展要求,不断丰富师德建设内容;营造师德建设的良好环境,提高教师经济收入和社会地位;不断探索师德建设的新途径。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the Lugou Bridge incident, Chinese entered the period of Anti Japanese War and the war. In order to adapt to the development needs of the changing face of cultural and educational backwardness, the Party Central Committee established the Anti Japanese military and Political University in Yanan, Northern Shaanxi College, Academy of natural sciences and other more than 10 colleges, for the Anti Japanese War and the victory of the war of liberation, for the China revolution construction and reform, a large number of trained personnel. The college teachers in China under the leadership of the Communist Party, carry forward the great spirit of patriotism education, adhere to the service for the Anti Japanese war, as the principle of serving the masses of workers and peasants, self-reliance, hard work, reflecting the good moral accomplishment and professional quality. This paper first analyzed the possibility and necessity of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region in the construction of teachers' ethics, which is the prerequisite and basis for this thesis. On this basis, according to the actual situation of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region of teachers in Colleges and universities, summed up From the six aspects of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region of the moral construction of college teachers, namely: high, firm political stance; respect for students, students, and students' harmonious coexistence, equality and mutual assistance; realistic, pragmatic style of work; self-reliance, hard work and good tradition; "the first revolution, first, people first" dedication the spirit of lifelong learning, diligently; spirit. This is the core content of this paper. Then, the paper further analyzes the specific measures of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region, the moral construction of college teachers, the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region college moral construction demonstration, universality, characteristic of practice and times. The Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region college teachers' morality construction enrich the party's educational theory, the maturity of Mao Zedong thought; training a large number of professional talents for the victory of the revolution and construction made great contributions in the development; The new era of the Communist Party of China in the construction of teachers' ethics. In the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese dream in the historical process, strengthen the moral construction of college teachers should pay more attention to the role of ethics in education, strengthen the evaluation mechanism of the construction; to meet the requirements of the development of the times, constantly enrich the content of teacher morality construction; to create a good environment for moral construction, improve teachers economic income and social status; continue to explore new ways of moral construction.
