【摘要】：美国教授专业教育中的"暖心"之举,即对智利留学生学业和生活上的备加关心和帮助,对学生的学业和思想产生了重要影响,让学生树立起改变祖国经济的使命意识。这一教育模式对我国高校专业教师做好大学生思想政治教育工作具有重要启示:专业教师应该具备勇于担当德育使命的责任意识,密切关注学生学业、因材施教和及时交流的投入精神,以及善于与大学生做知心朋友的教育技巧。
