【摘要】：2015年11月,党和政府提出了供给侧结构性改革。乔春华教授将供给侧改革理论应用到高等教育领域和高等教育财务研究领域。《高等教育供给侧改革的财务视角》的理论贡献包括:探索了高等教育供需关系的基本理论问题,探索了高等教育供给侧改革的任务,提出了高校财务领域的供给侧改革最需要有效的制度供给,探索了公办高校财政投入和学费的供给侧改革。高校财务领域的供给侧改革中的诸多创新之处,填补了高校财务领域供给侧改革研究的空白,必将对高校财务领域的实践具有重要指导意义。
[Abstract]:November 2015. The Party and government put forward supply-side structural reform. Professor Qiao Chunhua applied supply-side reform theory to the field of higher education and financial research of higher education. Contributions include:. This paper explores the basic theoretical issues of the supply and demand relationship of higher education. This paper explores the task of the supply-side reform of higher education, and points out that the supply-side reform in the financial field of colleges and universities needs the most effective institutional supply. This paper explores the supply-side reform of financial input and tuition fees in public universities and many innovations in the supply-side reform in the financial field of colleges and universities, which fills the blank in the research of supply-side reform in the financial field of colleges and universities. It will be of great significance to the practice in the field of financial affairs in colleges and universities.
