【摘要】：主体意识,是人作为认识活动和实践活动主体,对自身主体地位、主体能力和主体价值的一种自觉意识。大学生主体意识是在主体意识基础上结合大学生群体特点而提出的,大学生主体意识培育即立足于大学生群体,对其主体意识进行培养研究。随着全面深化改革的提出和创新驱动发展战略的实施,社会对人才的综合要求也更加严格,而培育大学生主体意识有助于大学生个体全面发展,从而使大学生能够符合社会改革对创新人才的要求以及担负起实现中国梦的历史责任,因此对大学生主体意识培育进行研究,其意义是深远的。通过调查分析可以看出,当前大学生主体意识培育虽然取得了一定成效,但还存在很多问题,具体表现为大学生对主体意识培育的认知存在误区,大学生主体意识的培育环境欠佳,以及大学生主体意识培育的体系不完善。究其原因,有大学生自身原因,学校教育和家庭教育也缺乏对大学生主体意识的关注,同时社会发展环境也是影响原因之一。针对这种现实情况,培育大学生主体意识就要全面统筹,各个突破,通过拓展社会教育渠道,使大学生直接面对社会,认清现实,提升其主体意识培育积极性;注重学校教育功能发挥,使其承担起学校教育主阵地的责任;积极引入家庭教育,配合培育大学生主体意识;同时也要激发个人自我教育,使大学生将主体意识培育内化于心,外化于行。
[Abstract]:Subject consciousness is a person's position as a subject of cognition and practice. The subjective consciousness of college students is put forward on the basis of the subjective consciousness combined with the characteristics of the college students. The cultivation of the subjective consciousness of college students is based on the group of college students. With the overall deepening of reform and the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, the comprehensive requirements of talents are more stringent. The cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness is conducive to the overall development of college students, so that college students can meet the requirements of social reform for innovative talents and shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing Chinese Dream. Therefore, the research on the cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness is of far-reaching significance. Through the investigation and analysis, we can see that although the cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness has made some achievements, there are still many problems. The concrete manifestation is that there are some misunderstandings in the cultivation of the subject consciousness of the college students, the cultivation environment of the subject consciousness of the university students is not good enough, and the cultivation system of the subject consciousness of the university students is not perfect. School education and family education are also lack of attention to the subject consciousness of college students, and the social development environment is one of the reasons. Each breakthrough, through expanding the social education channel, causes the university student to face the society directly, clearly recognizes the reality, enhances its subjective consciousness cultivation enthusiasm; Pay attention to the function of school education and make it take the responsibility of the main position of school education; Actively introduce family education and cooperate with the cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness; At the same time, it is necessary to stimulate personal self-education so that college students can internalize and externalize their subjective consciousness.
