【摘要】：张闻天是中国共产党较长一段历史时期的重要领导人,是一位伟大的马克思主义者,是一位杰出的无产阶级革命家和理论家。他在多年的革命和建设实践中,始终高度重视党的思想政治工作,创造性地运用马克思主义思想政治教育理论开展思想政治教育工作实践,并系统总结经验,形成了独具特色的思想政治教育理论。从发展历程来看,张闻天思想政治教育理论大致可以划分为四个阶段:1919年五四时期至1925年五卅运动是萌芽阶段;1925年五卅运动至1935年遵义会议召开是形成阶段;1935年遵义会议召开至1945年抗战胜利是成熟阶段;抗日战争胜利以后是继续发展阶段。从理论溯源来看,其理论的形成主要源于对马克思列宁主义学说和中国社会的学习研究、对党的理论成果的学习研究、对中国传统文化的批判与继承、对西方多种社会思潮的比较与甄别。它的基本架构主要体现为他围绕思想政治教育的地位与作用、原则、方法、主要内容等基本问题的一系列精辟论述,有针对性地提出关于青年、领导干部、知识分子和农民的思想政治教育。他的思想政治教育理论在一定程度上丰富了党的思想政治教育内容,对新时期的思想政治教育工作实践具有重要指导意义和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Zhang Wen - tian is an important leader of the Communist Party of China for a long period of history . It is a great Marxist and an outstanding proletariat revolutionary and theorists . In the years of revolution and construction , he always attaches great importance to the ideological and political work of the Party , and has formed a unique ideological and political education theory . From the perspective of the theory , Zhang Wen - tian ' s theory of ideological and political education can be divided into four stages . From the perspective of the theory , Zhang Wen - tian ' s theory of ideological and political education can be divided into four stages : the theory of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China , which enriches the contents of the Party ' s ideological and political education , and has important guiding significance and reference value for the ideological and political education in the new period .
