【摘要】：境外办学是中国教育国际化"走出去"战略的重要内容,在"一带一路"倡议下具有更加紧迫的时代感和实践价值。文本对中国境外办学发展历程以及中亚地区国际合作办学现状进行了梳理,结合"一带一路"建设需求对中国在中亚地区开办境外大学的前景及意义进行了分析,指出中国需要抓住时机,转变认识思维,统筹规划推进,确立以新疆为核心的区域化国际教育交流与合作发展格局,创新在中亚地区开办境外大学的模式,为"一带一路"建设提供更好的人才与智力支撑。
[Abstract]:Overseas education is an important content of China education internationalization "go out" strategy, with more urgent sense of the times and practical value in the "The Belt and Road" initiative. The text summarizes the running status of international cooperation and development Chinese overseas school of Central Asia, analyzes the prospect and significance of China operated outside university in Central Asia the combination of "The Belt and Road construction demand, pointed out that China need to seize the opportunity to change thinking, promote the overall planning, the establishment of regional international exchanges and cooperation in education development pattern in Xinjiang as the core, innovative start-up overseas university in Central Asia, to provide personnel and intellectual support for the better" The Belt and Road "construction.
