【摘要】：专业兴趣对大学生发展有着重要的影响。在高等教育阶段,"大学生的专业兴趣发展情况如何,特别是是否可以培养"一直没有得到深入讨论。本文利用北京大学教育学院2011-2014年对北京高校本科生的四年跟踪调查数据,发现大二学年是培养学生专业兴趣的重要节点,而且大学阶段的专业兴趣是可以多渠道培养的。具体来看,学生入学后的初始专业兴趣与入学前选择专业时所受到的影响、招生分数段和就业前景等因素有关。此外,在大一阶段不同起始兴趣的学生,专业兴趣培养的途径不同:大一阶段对专业不感兴趣的学生,专业兴趣的培养主要来源于制度因素;大一阶段还不确定专业兴趣的学生,通过专业课程的教学和课程参与可以提高专业兴趣;而大一对专业感兴趣的学生,通过制度因素和课程参与提升专业兴趣。基于上述讨论,本文提出应该加强对新生的入学指导,改善专业课程教学方法,通过增强学生的课程参与来培养本科学生的专业兴趣。
[Abstract]:Professional interest has an important impact on the development of college students. In the stage of higher education, "how does the professional interest of college students develop?" In particular, whether it can be cultivated has not been discussed in depth. This paper makes use of the four-year data from the Beijing University College of Education in 2011-2014 to track the undergraduate students in Beijing. It is found that the sophomore academic year is an important node to cultivate students' professional interest, and the professional interest in the university stage can be cultivated through multiple channels. The initial major interest of the students after entering school is related to the factors such as the influence of the choice of major before admission, the enrollment score and the employment prospect, etc. In addition, students with different initial interest in the freshman stage. The ways of cultivating professional interest are different: students who are not interested in major in freshman stage, the cultivation of professional interest mainly comes from institutional factors; Students who are not sure of their major interest in the first year of college can enhance their professional interest through the teaching of professional courses and their participation in courses. A large pair of students interested in major, through institutional factors and curriculum participation in promoting professional interest. Based on the above discussion, this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the admission guidance to freshmen and improve the teaching methods of professional courses. Develop undergraduate students' professional interest by enhancing students' participation in courses.
