【摘要】：劳动,一个古老而又永恒的话题,它构成了人的基本存在方式和基本的实践活动,人们不能而且也无法忽略它的存在和它的作用。勤于劳动不仅是中华民族的优秀传统美德,而且还造就了辉煌的历史文明。但是,今天的“劳动”已经不再是是一种单纯意义上的劳动,它不断的激发人们奋斗的热情和创新的潜能,是集智慧和勇气于一身的“创造”。当代大学生是建设中国特色社会主义伟大事业最具活力的一支队伍,是创新驱动发展的生力军和突击队。但是,由于大学生的思想认知正处于形成阶段,还未定型,心理发展还不成熟,社会生活经验缺乏,对事物的分辨能力较弱,他们的思想意识很容易受到外界因素的冲击和影响,所以,出现了大学生劳动意识淡薄的现象。当代大学生劳动意识的强弱不仅直接影响着自身能否健康快乐的成长,而且还与中华民族的伟大复兴息息相关。因此,探索增强当代大学生劳动意识的方式方法拥有重大的现实意义和深远的历史影响。本文在国内外多位学者对劳动问题的研究成果基础上,通过寻找当代大学生劳动意识存在的问题并对问题产生的原因进行分析,以及试图从多个角度思考提升当代大学生劳动意识的整体思路和具体实施方案。本论文正文分为三个部分,具体概述如下:第一部分:阐述劳动的相关理论。首先,对劳动和劳动意识的相关概念进行界定;其次,对劳动意识培养的主要理论依据进行了概述,主要包括对马克思主义的劳动观和毛泽东思想的劳动观的论述;最后,概括了劳动意识培养的意义,不断地强化对当代大学生的劳动意识培养,不仅可以提高大学生整体素质水平,促进他们身心的全面发展,而且有利于在实践中积极贯彻和落实社会主义核心价值观。第二部分:寻找当代大学生在劳动意识方面存在的问题,并分析问题产生的原因。首先,阐述了当代大学生劳动意识存在的问题,主要包括劳动意识淡薄、劳动价值取向功利化和大学生在择业、就业中劳动意识缺失三个方面;其次,从社会、学校、家庭和大学生自身四个层面系统的分析当代大学生劳动意识薄弱的原因。发现问题,分析原因,进而提出相应的研究对策,提高大学生劳动意识培养的目的性和针对性。第三部分:探索增强当代大学生劳动意识培养的整体思路和具体实施方法。首先,拓宽社会在当代大学生劳动意识培养方面的渠道,主要从加强社会主义劳动意识培养的理论建设、弘扬劳模精神,发挥先进典型的示范作用和以“大众创业,万众创新”引领社会风尚,积极营造崇尚劳动、勇于创新的社会氛围三方面进行分析;其次,深化学校在大学生劳动意识培养方面的关键作用,从树立全面发展的教育理念、重视教师的榜样示范作用、各个高校要深度参与创新驱动发展战略实施,为大学生劳动意识培养清障搭台三个方面进行系统分析;再次,奠定家庭在大学生劳动意识培养方面的基础作用,主要包括父母要从小培养子女的劳动意识、树立正确的家庭教育观念,重视好家风在子女劳动意识培养方面的作用两方面;最后,发挥大学生自身在劳动意识培养方面的根本作用,主要包括大学生要不断进行自我教育,培育精益求精的工匠精神、增强劳动的自觉性和创造性,积极主动地参与就业和努力实现自主创业。当代大学生是建设中国特色社会伟大事业最具活力的一支队伍,他们承载着国家的希望和民族的美好未来。因此,我们在当代大学生劳动意识培养过程中要积极主动吸收国内外专家的优秀理论成果和实践经验,充分调动整个社会的积极因素,形成一股合力,以期当代大学生的劳动意识能够得到有效的提升,热爱劳动、勤于劳动,既要埋头苦干,又要努力创新,为中华民族的伟大复兴披肝沥胆。

In this paper, a number of domestic and foreign scholars' research results on the basis of labor problems, analyze the reasons by looking for the contemporary college students awareness of labor problems and on problems, and try to think of contemporary college students raise awareness of labor overall planning and implementation plan from different angles. This paper can be divided into the three part, the details are summarized as follows: the first part: elaborate the related theory of labor.
