大学生宽恕品格培养的研究

【摘要】：“宽恕”自古以来就是中华民族的传统美德,它是处理个人与他人道德关系的基本态度和要求,是指人与人交往之间必需具备的一种推己及人和宽以待人的道德品质。宽恕品格的培养对大学生思想政治教育具有重要意义。宽恕品格对社会的和谐发展、个体的心理健康、国民的幸福指数等方面发挥着重要的作用。大学生宽恕品格的欠缺、人际关系的紧张以及优势品格的薄弱凸显了在高校思想政治教育中培养宽恕品格的必要性。本文论述了大学生宽恕品格培养的意义,探讨了大学生宽恕品格培养的理论依据和现实价值,调查了大学生宽恕倾向情况,提出了大学生宽恕品格培养的路径等内容。本文对大学生宽恕品格现状进行了实证调查研究,选取了吉林省两所高校1032名大学生为调查对象,以目前国际通用的Heartland宽恕量表为调查工具,旨在探查大学生宽恕他人和宽恕自己的表现。调查结果显示,无论是宽恕他人还是宽恕自己,大学生的表现整体上并不理想,但农村成长的大学生宽恕品格高于城市长大的大学生。大学生宽恕品格的欠缺,也进一步表示了培养大学生宽恕品格的重要性。培养大学生宽恕品格是建立在思想政治教育学理论和积极心理学理论基础之上的。而在大学生宽恕品格培养的路径上,从宽恕理念、宽恕行为与宽恕氛围三方面同时对大学生开展思想政治教育,树立大学生正确的世界观、人生观与价值观,提升大学生自身的责任感与幸福感,积极引导大学生形成健康的心理素质,及时适当的进行宽恕品格教育,有利于避免校园暴力事件的发生,有利于提高大学生人际交往和社会适应能力,有利于形成宽恕的校园氛围,有利于帮助大学生塑造健康人格,有利于促进社会的安定与和谐。
[Abstract]:"forgiveness" has been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation since ancient times. It is the basic attitude and requirement of dealing with the moral relationship between individuals and others. The cultivation of forgiveness character is of great significance to the ideological and political education of college students and the harmonious development of society. Individual mental health, national happiness index and other aspects play an important role. The tension of interpersonal relationship and the weakness of superior character highlight the necessity of cultivating forgiveness character in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the significance of cultivating forgiveness character of college students. This paper probes into the theoretical basis and practical value of the cultivation of forgiveness character of college students, and investigates the tendency of forgiveness of college students. This paper makes an empirical investigation on the status quo of forgiveness character of college students and selects 1032 college students from two colleges and universities in Jilin Province as the object of investigation. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the performance of college students' forgiveness and forgiveness by using the Heartland forgiveness scale, which is widely used in the world at present, and the results show that whether it is forgiveness of others or forgiveness of oneself. The performance of college students is not ideal on the whole, but the forgiveness character of rural students is higher than that of urban students. It also shows the importance of cultivating the forgiveness character of college students, which is based on the theory of ideological and political education and the theory of positive psychology. On the path. From the concept of forgiveness, forgiveness behavior and forgiveness atmosphere to carry out ideological and political education for college students at the same time, set up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values of college students, enhance their own sense of responsibility and happiness. Actively guide college students to form a healthy psychological quality, timely and appropriate forgiveness character education, which is conducive to avoid the occurrence of violence on campus, and to improve the interpersonal and social adaptability of college students. It is helpful to form the campus atmosphere of forgiveness, to help college students shape healthy personality and to promote social stability and harmony.
