民国时期著名大学校长的教育学素养

【摘要】：教育学素养既表现为对人、对教育的理解和理念,也表现为将这些理解和理念运用于实践过程并取得预期效果的能力。检阅民国时期十位著名大学校长,发现他们共同的教育学素养在于:奉行教育是培养健全人格之人的理念,坚守大学研究高深学问以培养高级人才的使命,保障大学中的一切行为以此使命而展开。本着这种理解和理念,这些校长奉行思想自由、兼容并包的办学方针,实施教授治校、民主管理的治理方式,采取自立自动的学生自治措施,终使这些大学成为民国时期的著名大学。
[Abstract]:Pedagogy literacy is not only the understanding and concept of people and education, but also the ability to apply these understandings and ideas to the practice process and achieve the desired results. Review the ten famous university presidents during the period of the Republic of China. It is found that their common pedagogical literacy lies in: pursuing the idea that education is the cultivation of sound personality and adhering to the mission of studying advanced knowledge in universities in order to cultivate senior talents. In line with this understanding and concept, these presidents pursue the principle of free thinking and inclusive education, and implement the governance of teaching and democratic management. These universities became famous universities in the Republic of China.
