【摘要】：组织网络、人力资源网络、知识网络是关系视角下我国教师教育网络的主要形态。教师教育组织网络是纵横向全方位的网络,在政府主导下正朝着教师教育组织扁平化方向变化。教师教育人力资源网络是人力资源的静态资源与动态过程的结合,发挥其整体优势对教师教育的均衡发展产生积极影响。教师教育知识网络是依附人或组织在知识转移、共享的过程中形成的网络,具有专业性和灵活性。
[Abstract]:Organization network, human resource network and knowledge network are the main forms of teacher education network in China from the perspective of relationship. Under the guidance of the government, the teacher education human resource network is the combination of the static resources and the dynamic process of human resources. Exerting its overall advantages has a positive impact on the balanced development of teacher education. The teacher education knowledge network is formed by the dependent person or organization in the process of knowledge transfer and sharing, which is professional and flexible.
