思想政治教育视角下高校危机管理问题研究

【摘要】：高校危机管理作为缓解高校危机给师生、学校带来不利影响的一种有效方法,其在保障师生生命健康安全、维护正常教学秩序等方面,起到了重要的作用。思想政治教育作为一类解决问题的方法,对于高校危机管理,能够起到的促进作用。具体表现为：思想政治教育有助于提高高校管理者对于高校危机事件的预测预警能力,有助于对高校危机实现科学化管理,有助于增强处理应对突发高校危机事件的能力,从而减轻高校危机事件造成的损害。然而,现阶段对于高校危机管理运用思想政治教育的方法的急需进行研究。对于思想政治教育在高校危机中的应用虽有所涉及,但取得的理论成果也较少,难以适应高校发展所需。虽然我国高校在应对高校突发危机事件方面已取得了一定的成果,但实践中仍存在诸多问题,主要表现为对思想政治教育在高校危机管理中的重视程度不够、思想政治教育对高校危机管理的作用机制尚不完善、高校危机管理中思想政治教育的内容不丰富且教育载体单一等问题。这些问题的存在严重制约着高校危机管理的发展完善,需要高校党委及宣传部门予以切实解决。各类高校危机事件的发生,给高校正常的教学科研秩序造成了冲击,也给广大高校学生的生命健康、财产安全造成了严重损害。由于高校危机事件通常造成较为严重的损害后果,因而,需要引起包括高校在内的全社会的关注重视。通过采取提高对思想政治教育的重视程度、完善相关作用机制、丰富思想政治教育内容及扩大高校危机思想政治教育载体等措施,以期促进我国高校危机管理水平。本文主要分为五个部分。第一部分从研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究意义、创新及研究思路等方面,对思想政治教育在高校危机中的应用的理论背景予以介绍,为后文的写作做了理论准备;第二部分是关于高校危机管理与思想政治教育相关问题的概述。本部分对高校危机事件的概念与特征及三个阶段、高校危机管理与思想政治教育的相互关系等内容予以阐释；本文的第三部分将思想政治教育在高校危机管理中的现状及不足之处进行介绍,为高校危机管理的完善确立了目标;第四部分笔者对于思想政治教育作用于高校危机管理的完善,分别从增强思想政治教育在高校危机事件中重要性的认识、丰富思想政治教育的内容、完善思想政治教育对高校危机管理的作用机制及扩大高校危机思想政治教育的载体,提出的针对性的解决完善措施。
[Abstract]:University crisis management is an effective method to alleviate the crisis for teachers and students and bring adverse effects to the school. It can ensure the life health and safety of teachers and students and maintain the normal teaching order and so on. Ideological and political education, as a kind of problem-solving method, plays an important role in the crisis management of colleges and universities. The concrete manifestation is that ideological and political education helps to improve the ability of university administrators to predict and warn the crisis in colleges and universities, and to realize scientific management of the crisis in colleges and universities. It is helpful to strengthen the ability to deal with the sudden university crisis, and to reduce the damage caused by the university crisis. It is urgent to study the methods of applying ideological and political education to the crisis management of colleges and universities at present. Although the application of ideological and political education in the crisis of colleges and universities is involved, the theoretical achievements are also relatively few. It is difficult to meet the needs of the development of colleges and universities. Although the universities in our country have made some achievements in dealing with the sudden crisis in colleges and universities, there are still many problems in practice. The main performance of the ideological and political education in the crisis management in colleges and universities is not enough attention, ideological and political education on the role of crisis management mechanism is not perfect. The content of ideological and political education in the crisis management of colleges and universities is not rich and the education carrier is single. The existence of these problems seriously restricts the development and perfection of the crisis management in colleges and universities. It needs to be solved by the Party committee and propaganda department of colleges and universities. The occurrence of all kinds of crisis events in colleges and universities has caused a shock to the normal order of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, and also to the life and health of the vast number of college students. The property security has caused serious damage. Because the university crisis event usually causes the more serious damage consequence, therefore. Need to arouse the attention of the whole society, including colleges and universities. By taking to improve the degree of attention to ideological and political education, improve the relevant mechanisms. To enrich the content of ideological and political education and expand the carrier of crisis ideological and political education in colleges and universities in order to promote the level of crisis management in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part from the research background. This paper introduces the theoretical background of the application of ideological and political education in the crisis of colleges and universities in the aspects of research status, research significance, innovation and research ideas at home and abroad, and makes theoretical preparations for the later writing. The second part is about the university crisis management and ideological and political education related issues overview. This part of the university crisis of the concept and characteristics and three stages. The relationship between crisis management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is explained. The third part of this paper introduces the present situation and deficiency of ideological and political education in the crisis management of colleges and universities, and establishes the goal for the perfection of the crisis management in colleges and universities. 4th part of the author of the role of ideological and political education in the improvement of university crisis management, respectively from the enhancement of ideological and political education in the crisis in the event of the importance of understanding, enrich the content of ideological and political education. Perfecting the function mechanism of ideological and political education to the crisis management of colleges and universities, expanding the carrier of the crisis ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and putting forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems.
