【摘要】：当前中国的高等教育宏观布局正处于结构化调整的重要时期,伴随着我国侧供给结构性改革工作的持续推进和地方区域经济的加速转型升级,推动本科职业教育发展是优化我国人才结构的重要途径。2014年起,在国务院、教育部等部门的号召下,我国部分地方普通本科高校开始逐渐向应用技术型高校转型。通过对学校办学类型、人才培养方式等转型,提升转型高校学生的专业能力,进而提高其本科层次应用技术型人才的供给能力。在此过程中,关于转型高校学生专业能力培养工作的推进势必面临许多挑战。基于此,构建转型高校学生专业能力指标体系对于提升学生的专业能力意义重大。本研究基于文献分析法了解了国内外转型高校关于学生专业能力指标体系的构建情况,并先后运用了访谈调查法、案例研究法和对比研究法,对当前我国转型高校学生的专业能力培养现状进行分析,尝试构建出宏观的转型高校学生专业能力指标体系,为各专业设置能力指标体系提供参考。第一章,引言。这一章主要涵盖了四大部分内容,先后阐述了构建转型高校学生专业能力指标体系的背景、意义等内容。并在转型高校学生专业能力的文献综述部分对核心概念转型高校和专业能力都进行了明确的概念界定,并结合国内外文献对专业能力指标的相关研究现状进行了整理。第二章,转型高校学生专业能力指标体系构建的动因分析。这一章主要是从社会、学校、个人三个层面进行分析。社会层面:社会发展与人才市场需求的转型。学校层面:学校自身办学定位和人才培养目标的改变。个人层面:学生自身发展内部动力增强。这些变化共同决定了转型高校学生专业能力的转型,决定了转型高校学生专业能力指标体系构建的重要性。第三章,转型高校学生专业能力指标体系构建的现状调查。这一章是以沈阳工程学院和沈阳大学两所转型高校为个案研究,基于学校转型前后的人才培养方案的文本分析,以及对学校各级教职员工的访谈调查,了解转型高校学生专业能力指标体系构建的现状。第四章,转型高校学生专业能力指标体系构建。这一章围绕着转型高校学生专业能力指标体系的构建,介绍了转型高校学生专业能力指标体系构建的依据、原则、宏观框架与各级指标。第五章,转型高校学生专业能力指标体系的应用。这一章从四个方面论述了专业能力指标体系在学校转型发展中的具体应用,分别是指导转型高校人才培养模式改革、指导转型高校课程设置调整、指导转型高校实践课程评价方式转变、指导转型高校教师队伍优化。
[Abstract]:At present, the macro-layout of higher education in China is in an important period of structural adjustment, along with the continuous promotion of structural reform of the supply side of China and the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the local regional economy. Promoting the development of undergraduate vocational education is an important way to optimize the talent structure of our country. This study is based on the literature analysis to understand the construction of the index system of the students' professional competence at home and abroad. And has used the interview investigation method, the case study method and the contrast research method, has carried on the analysis to our country transformation university student specialized ability cultivation present situation. Try to build a macro transformation of college students' professional ability index system, to provide a reference for the establishment of professional competence index system.
