高校“广谱式”创新创业教育研究

【摘要】：创新创业教育是理论研究和实践的双重热点。1989年,联合国教科文组织在“面向21世纪教育发展趋势国际研讨会”中提出创新创业教育是“第三本教育护照”。我国正大力开展创新创业教育,以满足实施“创新驱动”国家发展战略的需要。然而,在实施过程中,由于价值理念偏差、现实环境等因素的影响,我国高校的创新创业教育出现一些问题。论文针对高校创新创业教育中出现的对象单一、内容狭窄、方法简单等问题开展了研究,探讨了“广谱式”创新创业教育的内涵及特点,认为“广谱式”创新创业教育以提高学生的综合素养为核心,强调面向全体学生、注重培养学生的创新精神和创业能力的教育方法,有助于解决当前高校创新创业教育中的问题。基于此认识,本论文首先分析了国内创新创业教育的发展情况。其次,介绍了英美高校创新创业教育的历史与现状,描述了英美高校“广谱式”创新创业教育的特征。最后,通过问卷调查,结合E大学创新创业教育的实践,分析“广谱式”创新创业教育对策对推进和深化创新创业教育的作用。论文共分为四章：第一章,通过梳理相关文献,找到研究的出发点,介绍本研究的选题背景、研究意义、核心概念和研究方法,理清研究思路。第二章,首先论述了我国高校创新创业教育在“大众创业、万众创新”时代背景下的发展现状,揭示我国高校创新创业教育存在的问题及不足。其次,选取清华大学、黑龙江大学、厦门大学这三所国内创新创业教育发展具有代表性的高校作为分析研究对象,总结出三所高校“广谱式”创新创业教育的发展特色。第三章,首先介绍英美高校“广谱式”创新创业教育的历史和现状。其次,总结出两国创新创业教育的特征：面向全体学生的创新创业教育；层次性和差异性相结合的课程设置；融入人才培养全过程的支撑体系。最后,从英美高校创新创业教育的发展经验中,得出对我国高校创新创业教育的启示。第四章,以E大学作为实证调查研究的对象,通过问卷调查发现E大学创新创业教育的成功经验及存在的问题。针对问题E大学采取了推动创新创业教育发展的相关措施：覆盖全体学生,注重培养创新创业意识；结合学科与专业、本科生与研究生教育特点,分类分层设置创新创业教育课程；形成“一院一特色”的差异化创新创业教育模式。以上对策的推行有效解决了E大学创新创业教育中的问题,同时也符合“广谱式”创新创业教育的理念。
[Abstract]:Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education is a double hotspot in theory research and practice. 1989. In the International Symposium on the trend of Educational Development towards 21th century, UNESCO proposed that innovative entrepreneurship education is the "third passport of education". China is vigorously carrying out innovative entrepreneurship education. In order to meet the needs of implementing the "innovation-driven" national development strategy, however, in the implementation process, due to the value concept deviation, the real environment and other factors. There are some problems in innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country. This paper has carried out research on the problems of single object, narrow content and simple method in innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of "broad-spectrum" innovative entrepreneurship education, and points out that "broad-spectrum" innovative entrepreneurship education focuses on improving students' comprehensive literacy, and emphasizes on facing all students. Paying attention to the education method of cultivating students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability is helpful to solve the problems in innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. This paper first analyzes the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in China. Secondly, it introduces the history and current situation of innovative entrepreneurship education in British and American universities, and describes the characteristics of "broad-spectrum" innovative entrepreneurship education in British and American universities. Through the questionnaire survey, combined with the practice of innovative entrepreneurship education in E University, this paper analyzes the role of "broad-spectrum" innovative entrepreneurship education in promoting and deepening innovative entrepreneurship education. The thesis is divided into four chapters: chapter one. Through combing the relevant literature, find the starting point of the study, introduce the research background, research significance, core concepts and research methods, clarify the research ideas. Chapter two. First of all, this paper discusses the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China under the background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", and reveals the problems and shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China. Secondly, Tsinghua University is selected. Heilongjiang University, Xiamen University, these three representative domestic innovative entrepreneurship education development as the research object, summed up the three universities "broad-spectrum" innovative entrepreneurship education development characteristics. Chapter three. Firstly, it introduces the history and present situation of "broad-spectrum" innovative entrepreneurship education in British and American colleges and universities. Secondly, it summarizes the characteristics of innovative entrepreneurship education in the two countries: innovative entrepreneurship education for all students; The combination of levels and differences in the curriculum; Finally, from the development experience of innovative entrepreneurship education in Anglo-American colleges and universities, the enlightenment to innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of our country. 4th chapters. Taking E University as the object of empirical investigation. The successful experience and problems of innovative entrepreneurship education in E university are found through the questionnaire survey. To solve the problem, the author takes some measures to promote the development of innovative entrepreneurship education: covering all the students. Pay attention to cultivate the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship; According to the characteristics of discipline and specialty, undergraduate and graduate education, the curriculum of innovative entrepreneurship education is set up by classification and stratification. The implementation of the above countermeasures can effectively solve the problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of E University, and also accord with the concept of "broad-spectrum" innovative entrepreneurship education.
