文化冲突与思想政治教育的应对研究

【摘要】：从文化冲突的视角来说,思想政治教育既面临化解主导文化与大众文化之间矛盾的困境,也面临化解主导文化与精英文化间矛盾的难题。为此,思想政治教育需要进行新的发展方向:在对角色的定位中,思想政治教育是主流文化的创造者和参与者、传播者以及守护者;在目标确立上,思想政治教育要在坚持主导文化的领导地位的同时,包容其他思想观念,最终要与国家主流意识形态的内容相一致,以引领社会的思想潮流和其它文化的发展方向。文化冲突是社会历史发展的必然结果,有着客观性、对抗性、意识形态性的特征,与思想政治教育间具有非常紧密的联系。文化冲突是一种必然存在的客观现象,一方面有可能阻碍主流意识形态思想的传播,导致人们的生活方式和思想观念发生变化,这就动摇了接受教育者个人的价值观念;另一方面也为检验个体的价值取向,深入剖析外来文化提供契机,为思想政治教育提供了前提条件。面对文化冲突造成的影响,我们要根植于政治思想的教育视角,通过树立合理思想理念,整合文化教育方法,甄选文化教育内容来应对外来文化冲突。本文把对大学政治思想教育工作中文化冲突的政策进行了研究和分析,文章主要从:文化冲突对政治思想教育产生的挑战,对政治思想教育的双向效应和文化冲突视角中政治思想教育的措施,几个方面来阐述。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of cultural conflict, ideological and political education is faced with the dilemma of resolving the contradiction between dominant culture and popular culture, but also the difficulty of resolving the contradiction between dominant culture and elite culture. Ideological and political education needs a new direction of development: in the role orientation, ideological and political education is the creator and participant of mainstream culture, communicator and guardian; In the goal establishment, the ideological and political education should insist on the leading position of the leading culture, at the same time, it should include other ideas, and finally should be consistent with the content of the national mainstream ideology. In order to lead the social ideological trend and other cultural development direction. Cultural conflict is the inevitable result of the social and historical development, with the characteristics of objectivity, antagonism and ideology. Cultural conflict is an inevitable objective phenomenon, on the one hand, it may hinder the spread of mainstream ideology. It leads to the change of people's life style and ideology, which shakes the individual values of the educated; On the other hand, it also provides the opportunity to test the individual value orientation, deeply analyzes the foreign culture, provides the precondition for the ideological and political education, and faces the influence caused by the cultural conflict. We should be rooted in the political perspective of education, through the establishment of reasonable ideas, the integration of cultural and educational methods. This paper studies and analyzes the policy of cultural conflict in the work of political and ideological education in universities. This paper mainly discusses the challenge of cultural conflict to political and ideological education, the two-way effect of political ideological education and the measures of political ideological education from the perspective of cultural conflict.
