美国研究型大学的国际化战略——基于战略规划的内容分析

【摘要】：随着高等教育国际化的不断推进和深入发展,越来越多的大学重视和实施国际化战略,把国际化作为优先发展领域,以此推动大学的创新发展,提升国际竞争力和影响力。本文基于对43所美国研究型大学的国际化战略规划的内容分析认为,美国研究型大学的国际化战略体现了有效的全面国际化趋势,以教师发展和学生流动为重点,将全球视野和国际合作渗透到课程教学、科学研究和社会服务等各方面,既重视战略规划更重视战略实施、评估和监控,使国际化理念和目标落实在具体行动和项目中,使大学成为与世界紧密相连的机构。
[Abstract]:With the development of the internationalization of higher education, more and more universities attach importance to and implement the internationalization strategy, regard internationalization as the priority development field, so as to promote the innovation and development of the university. Based on the analysis of the contents of the internationalization strategic planning of 43 American research universities, it is concluded that the internationalization strategy of American research universities reflects an effective overall trend of internationalization. With the emphasis on teacher development and student mobility, the global perspective and international cooperation are permeated into curriculum teaching, scientific research and social services, and strategic planning is paid more attention to strategic implementation, evaluation and monitoring. Internationalize ideas and goals in concrete actions and projects, and make universities closely connected to the world.
