大学生诚信现状及对策研究

【摘要】：“诚”就是内诚于心,“信”就是外信于人。诚信可以理解为一个人在为人处世中所表现的知、言、行三个方面有机统一的道德规范、道德品质和道德精神。诚信是公民道德建设的重点,是中华民族传统美德的重要内容,是社会主义市场经济建设的一项重要道德原则,是法律的规则。诚信是大学生最基本的行为规范,也是大学生最重要的品质要求,更是社会主义核心价值观在公民层面的基本要求。然而,大学生的诚信现状却喜忧参半,甚至忧多喜少。主要表现在部分大学生对诚信的认知不足、部分大学生的不诚信行为呈现多样、部分大学生没有养成良好的诚信品质、少有大学生能够质疑并纠正他人的不诚信行为等,这些问题一定程度上影响高校正常教学秩序的顺利进行,也一定程度上影响高校教学目标的实现,更是对大学生良好品质的养成和其马克思主义世界观、人生观、价值观的形成产生负面影响。究其原因,不仅有来自社会、学校、家庭的环境和教育问题,更有大学生自身的问题。为了改变大学生诚信令人不安的现状,引导大学生诚信建设正确方向,必须在营造良好社会环境的前提下,着力学校和家庭对大学生诚信品质的教育和培育,不断提高大学生自身的诚信品质层次,由良好的认知经由丰厚的情感推进到顽强的诚信意志直至坚定的诚信信仰,收获大学生诚信建设的累累硕果。本论文共分为四个部分。第一部分是引言。主要阐述了选题的缘由和意义、国内外文献综述、研究方法及创新之处。第二部分是大学生诚信的基本概念概述,对诚信的含义、大学生诚信的含义进行了概念界定,并具体阐述了大学生诚信建设的重要意义。第三部分是通过问卷调查的方式,对部分大学生诚信现状进行了调查研究,欣慰的是有一部分大学生做到了诚信,主流意识是好的,也有部分大学生诚信令人不安,并分析了原因。第四部分,针对第三部分发现的问题和原因,从四个方面提出相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:"sincerity" is sincerity in the heart, "faith" is the external faith in people. Honesty can be understood as the organic unity of moral norms in three aspects: knowledge, words and deeds. Moral quality and moral spirit. Honesty and credit is the focus of citizen moral construction, the important content of Chinese traditional virtue, and an important moral principle of socialist market economy construction. It is the rule of law. Good faith is the most basic standard of conduct for college students, and also the most important quality requirement for college students. It is also the basic requirement of socialist core values at the citizen level. However, the present situation of college students' honesty is mixed, even more and less worry, mainly reflected in the lack of understanding of the integrity of some college students, some college students' dishonesty behavior presents diversity. Some college students have not formed a good integrity quality, few students can question and correct other people's dishonest behavior, these problems to some extent affect the smooth progress of normal teaching order in colleges and universities. To some extent, it also affects the realization of college teaching objectives, and also has a negative impact on the formation of good quality of college students and the formation of Marxist world outlook, outlook on life and values. There are not only social, school, family environment and education problems, but also the problems of college students themselves. In order to change the unsettling situation of college students' honesty and credit, guide college students' honesty construction in the right direction. Under the premise of creating a good social environment, we must focus on the education and cultivation of college students' credit quality in schools and families, and constantly improve the quality level of college students' own integrity. From the good cognition through the rich emotion to the indomitable sincerity will to the firm good faith. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly expounds the reason and significance of the topic and the literature review at home and abroad. The second part is an overview of the basic concepts of college students' integrity, which defines the meaning of honesty and credit of college students. The third part is to investigate and study the status quo of some college students' honesty and credit through the way of questionnaire. What is gratifying is that some college students have achieved good faith. The mainstream consciousness is good, and some college students' honesty is disturbing, and analyzes the reasons. 4th, in view of the third part found the problem and the reason, from four aspects proposed the corresponding solution countermeasure.
