【摘要】：指导研究生特别需要贯彻"因材施教"原则,扬长避短,重在引导分析;鼓励研究生在读书过程中形成自己的研究思路、研究方法;研究生(特别是同等学力入学的研究生),应有一个过渡性的训练阶段,以便他们熟悉所需的学术史;攻读博士、硕士学位有期限,如果要延长,导师无法支付资助经费,无法承担学生就业竞争压力,有待教育主管部门出面解决;研究生培养中比较强调"专业",知识面偏狭状况堪忧,要鼓励多读跨学科的著作;重视思维科学化,在科学研究训练中培养研究生的创新能力;期望提高研究生的外语水平,培养研究生的批判精神;期待我国的研究生培养由扩张期转入调整期,提高质量。
[Abstract]:Guiding graduate students should carry out the principle of "teaching students according to their aptitude", promote their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, and focus on guiding and analyzing. Encourage graduate students to form their own research ideas and research methods in the course of reading; There should be a transitional stage of training for graduate students (especially those with equal academic qualifications) so that they can familiarize themselves with the required academic history; There is a time limit for studying for a doctorate or a master's degree. If it is to be extended, the tutor will not be able to pay for the financial assistance, and will not be able to bear the pressure of competition for the employment of the students. In the postgraduate training, the emphasis is on "specialty", and the situation of intolerance of knowledge is worrying, so we should encourage more reading of interdisciplinary works; Attach importance to scientific thinking and cultivate the innovative ability of graduate students in the training of scientific research; Hope to improve the foreign language level of graduate students and cultivate their critical spirit; Look forward to graduate training in China from the expansion period into the adjustment period, improve the quality.
