美国全科型小学教师培养理念与制度设计——以荣林斯学院为例

【摘要】：美国有着培养全科型小学教师的传统,这一传统折射出其注重"博雅教育"、实施"包班教学"的理念。以此为背景,本文选取荣林斯学院作为研究个案,探讨了美国全科型小学教师培养的课程制度和实习制度,对其实践模式进行了深入分析。研究发现,是否培养全科型小学教师取决于现实的教育需求,关键在于提升未来教师的教学效能;小学阶段的教师培养更需要关注"实践性知识"的养成,要强化"师范性"科目的学习;小学阶段的教师培养更注重职业技能的养成,这是帮助未来教师胜任小学教学的关键。
[Abstract]:The United States has a tradition of training teachers in general primary schools. This tradition reflects its emphasis on "liberal education" and the concept of "teaching by class". In this context, this paper selects Jons College as a case study. This paper probes into the curriculum system and the practice system of the teacher training of the general subject primary school in the United States, and makes an in-depth analysis of its practice mode. The study finds that whether to train the teachers of the general subject primary school depends on the actual educational demand. The key lies in improving the teaching efficiency of future teachers; The cultivation of teachers in primary school should pay more attention to the cultivation of "practical knowledge" and strengthen the study of "normal" subjects. Teachers in primary school pay more attention to the development of vocational skills, which is the key to help future teachers to be competent in primary school teaching.
