护理学专业硕士学位研究生培养模式的质性研究

【摘要】：目的了解护理学专业硕士学位研究生、培养院校、用人单位、行业协会对护理学专业硕士学位研究生培养模式的意见及建议,旨在为全面改革和提升护理学专业硕士教育质量提供参考。方法采用半结构式访谈法,对40名纳入对象进行质性访谈,对资料进行分析。结果受访者对护理学专业硕士学位培养的意见包括护理学专业硕士学位研究生培养的影响因素、培养模式的设定、毕业后的岗位职责、护理学专业硕士学位研究生培养与专科护士衔接的必要性及对护理学专业硕士学位研究生今后的期望和建议。结论建立健全护理学专业硕士学位研究生培养模式,需设置适用于专业学位研究生教学的课程,制定切实可行的临床实践方案及其与专科护士衔接的策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the views and suggestions of nursing master degree graduate students, training colleges, employers and trade associations on the mode of nursing master degree graduate training. The purpose of this study was to provide a reference for the overall reform and improvement of the quality of master's education in nursing. Methods 40 subjects were interviewed qualitatively by semi-structured interview method. Results the opinion of interviewees on nursing master's degree training included the influencing factors of nursing master's degree graduate training, the setting of training model, post duty after graduation. The necessity of linking the graduate training of nursing master degree with that of specialized nurses and the expectation and suggestion of nursing master degree graduate students in the future. Conclusion to establish and perfect the training mode of nursing master degree graduate students. . It is necessary to set up courses suitable for the teaching of professional graduate students, to formulate feasible clinical practice schemes and strategies to link up with specialized nurses.
