他国高校新加坡分校之现状、质保与启思

【摘要】：高教强国是许多国家和地区发展国际化高等教育的重要旨归和策略之一。在新加坡设立分校(部)的他国高校就这一点上对新加坡的贡献着实不小。通过对新高教系统中的他国分校之发展实践进行初描和简探,包括现状概况、实例、质保等,希冀镜鉴我国高等教育相关工作的改善与革新。
[Abstract]:The powerful country of higher education is one of the important aims and strategies of developing international higher education in many countries and regions. More than 10% of universities in other countries have contributed to Singapore in this respect. Through the development of the new higher education system in other countries of the practice of the development of the first sketch and brief exploration. Including the current situation, examples, quality assurance, hoping to learn from the improvement and innovation of China's higher education related work.
