医学生评教指标体系构建研究

【摘要】:目的:教学是教与学的双向互动性活动,对教学活动的评价自然不能忽略教学的主体——学生。为此,本文旨在以学生对教学的认知状态为契入点,以学生的视角和熟知的方式,构建一套既科学、客观,又便于操作的适用于医学生评教的指标体系,为以医学生为主体的医学教学评价提供适宜工具,为相关研究提供可供借鉴的素材。方法:通过系统全面的文献调研,梳理相关研究及知识脉络,为本研究奠定理论基础,尤其是必要的方法学准备;通过对国内、外现有的高校学生评教指标体系的对比分析,为本研究拟构建的指标体系提供参照系,尤其是指标体系的逻辑架构和条目的设置;通过问卷调查法对某高校的医学生进行学生评教的调查,由此获得学生评教指标的构成要素,以此为基础形成问卷的基本条目,进行问卷调查;通过信度分析和因子分析对问卷测评指标进行完善和修正,形成了医学生评教指标体系的内容框架;随后,采用熵值法对各指标进行赋值,最终确定了指标体系。结果:1.以医学教育的特殊性和人本理论为理论依据,利用项目分析法和因素分析法,初步拟定了医学生评教指标体系的题项。该指标体系由4个维度(教师的课前行为、课堂/表现形式、课堂中的组织/清晰性、课后学生的学习/价值感)23个指标组成。2.各维度的权值分别为教师的课前行为(0.0867)、课堂/表现形式(0.4515)、课堂中的组织/清晰性(0.1858)、课后学生的学习/价值感(0.2758)。3.研究结果显示构建的指标体系Cronbach's Alpha系数为0.942,个维度的Cronbach's Alpha系数分别为0.771、0.840、0.859、0.924;医学指标体系的分半信度的Cronbach's Alpha系数分别为0.917和0.880。指标体系中的各指标与总分呈现中度相关,各指标与总分之间相关性达到了显著性水平(P0.01)。结论:本研究基于医学生的视角,初步构建的指标体系具有较好的信度、效度,可以为医学院校的学生评教活动提供客观、科学、可信的测评工具,同时为评教指标的构建提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: teaching is a two-way interactive activity between teaching and learning. The evaluation of teaching activities can not ignore the main body of teaching-students. In the view of students and familiar with the way to build a scientific, objective, but also easy to operate applicable to the evaluation of medical students' indicators system, for medical students as the main body of medical teaching evaluation to provide the appropriate tools. Methods: through systematic and comprehensive literature investigation, combing the relevant research and knowledge context, to lay a theoretical foundation for this study, especially the necessary methodological preparation; Through the comparative analysis of the existing index system of college students' evaluation of teaching in China and abroad, this paper provides a reference system for the index system to be constructed, especially the logical structure of the index system and the setting of items; Through the investigation of the medical students' evaluation of teaching in a certain university, the constituent elements of the students' evaluation of teaching are obtained, and the basic items of the questionnaire are formed on the basis of which the questionnaire is carried out. Through reliability analysis and factor analysis, the questionnaire evaluation index is improved and revised, and the content frame of the index system of medical students' evaluation of teaching is formed. Subsequently, the entropy method was used to assign the indexes, and the index system was finally determined. Results 1. Based on the particularity of medical education and the theory of humanism, the item analysis method and the factor analysis method were used. The index system consists of four dimensions (teacher's behavior before class, classroom / manifestation, organization / clarity in class). The weight values of each dimension are teacher's pre-class behavior (0.0867) and classroom / expression form (0.4515). Organization / clarity in the classroom 0.1858). The study results showed that the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the index system was 0.942. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficients of the three dimensions were 0.771 ~ 0.840 ~ 0.859 ~ 0.924, respectively; The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the split-half reliability of the medical index system was 0.917 and 0.880 respectively. The indexes in the index system were moderately correlated with the total score. The correlation between each index and the total score reached a significant level (P 0.01). Conclusion: based on the perspective of medical students, the preliminary constructed index system has good reliability and validity. It can provide objective, scientific and credible evaluation tools for students' evaluation of teaching in medical colleges and universities, and provide a new way of thinking for the construction of evaluation indicators.
