青岛市民办高校教师队伍建设现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:全面深化高等教育改革背景下,青岛市民办高等教育蓬勃发展,成为推动青岛市高等教育事业发展的重要力量之一。教师是民办高校发展的主体,民办高校教师队伍素质的高低不仅会威胁民办高校的办学质量,而且对民办高校的长远发展具有较大影响。因此,民办高校教师队伍建设问题对民办高校的健康发展是至关重要的。然而,就当前青岛市民办高校的发展来看,青岛市民办高校教师队伍建设的问题表现的较为突出,以致影响到了青岛市民办高校的长远发展利益。本文以青岛市具有代表性的4所民办高校的部分教师作为主要调查对象,对民办高校教师队伍建设的现状进行深入、系统的调查研究。依据调查数据,分析、总结教师队伍建设存在的主要问题,如教师年龄结构,教师学历结构,教师职称结构,教师科研意识与科研能力,教师培训机会,教师稳定性等方面,在此基础上对青岛市民办高校教师队伍建设中存在的问题进行了原因分析,并论述了我国部分省、市民办高校教师队伍建设中的先进经验,针对青岛市民办高校教师队伍建设中出现的问题提出了相应的建设性对策,即优化青岛市民办高校教师队伍建设的外部环境,完善青岛市民办高校教师队伍建设的内部管理制度,加强教师自我管理、提高教师自身素质,以期能够为青岛市民办高校建立业务素质高、结构合理的教师队伍提供些许借鉴意义,进而促进青岛市民办高等教育事业的持续、健康、稳定发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of deepening the reform of higher education in an all-round way, private higher education in Qingdao is booming and has become one of the important forces to promote the development of higher education in Qingdao. Teachers are the main body of the development of private colleges and universities. The quality of teachers in private colleges and universities will not only threaten the quality of private colleges and universities, but also have a greater impact on the long-term development of private colleges and universities. The construction of teachers in private colleges and universities is very important to the healthy development of private universities. However, from the point of view of the current development of private colleges and universities in Qingdao. The problems in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao are more prominent. As a result, it affects the long-term development interests of private universities in Qingdao. This paper takes some teachers of 4 representative private colleges and universities in Qingdao as the main object of investigation. On the basis of the investigation data, the author analyzes and summarizes the main problems in the construction of private colleges and universities, such as the age structure of teachers and the structure of teachers' academic qualifications. On the basis of teachers' professional title structure, teachers' scientific research consciousness and ability, teachers' training opportunities, teachers' stability and so on, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teachers' ranks in private colleges and universities in Qingdao. It also discusses the advanced experience in the construction of teachers in some provinces and cities of China, and puts forward some constructive countermeasures against the problems in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao. That is to optimize the external environment of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao, improve the internal management system of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao, strengthen the self-management of teachers and improve the quality of teachers themselves. The aim is to provide some reference for the establishment of teachers with high professional quality and reasonable structure in private colleges and universities in Qingdao, and then to promote the sustained, healthy and stable development of private higher education in Qingdao.
